Exceptional Hotel! Definitely the newest crown jewel for Scottsdale. As an avid traveler I normally at stay at Four Seasons, Waldorf etc.
I would venture this is on par with high end luxury but with the boutique feel with an intimate personalized experience.

This hotel is Ritz, Phoenix Style. Not for kids. Very adult. White wine $23 a glass BUT service unparalleled. Amenities amazing. Rooms great and pool beautiful with great service. Bars crowded with a younger crowd (25-45) but food good everywhere. Clean! Attentive staff who address you by name

The culinary experiences were very good at the Global Ambassador. All dishes were excellent with great flavors and presentation.
Thea restaurant was very loud and hard to hear for inside seating. Outdoor area at Thea was very nice.

Would give 5 stars but we were incorrectly charged a dining bill on our room and awaiting a refund. Property was maintained very well, lots of dining options, very busy on the weekend. Great views on the rooftop for golden hour.

The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are amazing. I will be booking this hotel again. It was really a nice experience. If you get a chance go to the roof top restaurant and enjoy the food and vibe… it’s a must.

This is a new hotel. Only been open for 4 months. Honestly I was disappointed in several things and won’t return. This hotel claims to be a 5star resort. It is far from it. Unkept common areas such as the brand new carpeting had stains in several places, carpets were not regularly swept, dirty mirrors all over the hotel, elevators were dirty, sink in my room was clogged & I reported it 3 times before someone came to fix. The pool closes at 6pm so that was another big disappointment. The food and drink served at the pool were wonderful. Room service food was terrible. The bathroom sink furniture is banged up. Does not look like it’s a new hotel! For the price I paid per night, I would not stay here again. It was not a well kept, 5 star hotel!!!
