Always a great stay at Loyye’s, right there on the beach and friendly owners and guests

I went in with less than average expectations, because it was a place more on the cheaper side. Which meant I didn’t expect anything fancy. But there was no hospitality. We had to bring your dirty towels to the office in order to get new clean ones. It was required to take your trash to the dumpster by the road, instead of having staff change out the trash. •The kitchen/bedroom/bathroom smelled like mildew the whole time which caused all of our belongings to smell like it as well. •Door leading outside didn’t have a good seal so we could see daylight coming in the room all around the door trim. •Windows were flimsy & moved when barely being touched. •There was rust & stains on the refrigerator. This is a motel with no maid service, not even trash removal at the end of your stay, no fresh linens, if you want extra towels you have to take your dirty ones to the office to get new ones. The bathroom was filthy, mold and dirt in the floor tile, we didn't even want to walk on it barefooted. The fixtures and sink were full of flaking rust. Missing screws from outlet covers in the bathroom, no GFCI plugs in the bathroom or kitchen. One light bulb in a light above the kitchen. The lower cabinets smell like musty and mildew. When we asked to be moved we were told it was fully booked, and when I brought up about the corroded sink with flaking rust and the nasty mold in the bathroom their reply was "this is a motel for the 50's and the salt air makes things rust." Trust me, I get a bit of surface rust but this was serious corrosion and flaking rust!! I had to buy a a scrub brush and tile cleaner with bleach to make an area to walk on the bathroom floor but for the most part we just keep our shoes on. Bare minimum of kitchen ware plates and silverware. $200 plus a night for a run down rusty, corroded old motel. Not enough parking for everyone, you have to carry your bags, groceries and anything else you bring in and out from across the street over the raggedy gravel driveway. You can constantly smell the dumpster when you are outside. Late check-in consists of them leaving your room open with your parking pass and keys inside. Yes, top notch security there!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Small, parking, outdated and overall poor condition, window air conditioner, not enough kitchen dishes to cook with on dirty stove, I would not consider this for families. No dresser, hangers, or anywhere to hang a wet towel. Over all very poor

Nice, quaint accommodations on the beach. Older but nice. Have stayed several times and has been great every time.

My only thing was there being no out let in the bathroom, nor one near the mirror that was hanging on the wall.

Our stay was exactly how we wanted it… peaceful & beautiful. I believe we booked prior to the pool issue so was unaware that was out of commission until we arrived, otherwise everything was great. The beds are comfy and just mere steps to the sand. Super close to St Andrew’s which was on the top of our To Do list this time as we had never been. Just outside of all the hustle & bustle that comes with PCB. The outside is a little dated at first glance, but a fresh coat of paint would certainly fix that right up! The inside was nice, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for an older property like this. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, as well which is a huge bonus. We will certainly be back the next time PCB comes across our vacation calendar!

We have stayed at Lolley four times now and will be back! You get the room you're paying for but the access to the beach is worth it!

It was o.k. room was o.k,bathroom needs updating. Location to beach was great for me,not a long walk thru sand to get to it which has become hard to do for me,nice patio area with sun or shade.

The property was a quick get a way place for us, just good enough for a weekend stay. Nothing fancy but good enough to enjoy the beach! Access to the gulf was right outside our door.

We arrived after hours but checkin and getting into our room was simple. Rooms are decent. Bring a pillow if you need fluffy.

The property was a quick get a way place for us, just good enough for a weekend stay. Nothing fancy but good enough to enjoy the beach! Access to the gulf was right outside our door.

Room is outdated and the floor had soft spots which required my 165lb self to be cautious when walking around. Very convenient to the beach though. I’m going to stop going to Panama after going there for the last 30 years. The price to stay is not worth it anymore.
