Everything was very good. Rooms are big and everything was clean. Couple of problems:
Beds were so high off the ground that I had trouble getting into them.
Breakfast was just so so. The bagels got more stale as the week progressed. Also only blueberry bagels most of the time. The bread also looked stale. Muffins 1 day out of 5.

We asked for a quiet room with a view . Booking confirmed a view . View was of a concrete wall and parking lot , very nice .
Bed was comfy , carpet needed vacuuming as I saw several pieces of rice on the carpet in front of TV. Apparently people don’t know how to close their doors quietly at 1am ( it went on for a few hours ) and kids were running around in the room above us . We had a noisy room on floor 2 .
Breakfast was fine , eggs and sausage , waffle maker , cereal etc . Breakfast staff did a great job keeping it well stocked and hot .
We didn’t ask to move as we were only there for a few nights and it was over thanksgiving so it was busy .

This is a great hotel if you are visiting your daughter or son at WVU or doing a WVU Football or other game.

Stay there often for my son’s doc appointments. We love it here. The breakfast is always great. Beds are comfy and the suite has room for my kiddo to play.

We came for just 1 overnight as I was having surgery the following day. The hotel was easy to check in, conveniently located near to the hospital, clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was a hit with my husband. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip there.

Always a nice place to stay, great staff. The rooms are comfortable. This was our first time with our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel and it was great.

The hotel was okay. We stayed for 5 nights, and our room was never cleaned. With the room only moderately cleaned to begin with. The front staff were very nice, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, with numerous restaurants and gas stations within easy reach. Indoor pool!
Huge room with beautiful seating area and 2nd lg screen tv.
Additional highlight was a full, delicious breakfast.

Stayed here before. Reasonably and new. Hotel in great condition. Breakfast satisfactory. Good value for money

They said they couldn’t do anything for me since I went through hotels.com. Can hotels.com give any restitution for this experience? Again, the actual hotel adm accommodations were excellent

Quick 1 night stay on our way back from another trip. Cheap rates made me choose it. Parking lot was safe and well lighted. Rooms were large but people were slamming doors and running down the hallways well past midnight. Breakfast had so few options we couldn’t even eat it. No meat, eggs or yogurt
