The room we stayed in was very awkward and impractical. I’m not saying it was small, but it was very inconvenient. We were on the 7th floor. The internet was problematic; it either kept disconnecting or was very slow. I couldn’t tell whether the staff at the restaurant spoke English or not. It was impossible to communicate properly. Either they understood but couldn’t respond, or you couldn’t understand whether they understood you. This didn’t make much sense to me. At a 4-star hotel, I couldn’t find anyone during breakfast who could properly understand my requests or questions. One staff member couldn’t even understand my room number. Other than that, it was just okay, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the money. The room was really uncomfortable; there was barely any space to move between the bed and the wall.

Was amazing, could sleep until 13:00 although checkout at 12 at no extra cost. Very nice staff, helpful and gave us a free welcome drink and even with a shot although only nonalc drinks should be served. Amazing

It was spoilt by workmen drilling for 2 days until we complained. Manager stopped them from loud machines otherwise was a handy place to stay. This hotel was a little more than I would usually pay but it was very central to railway station and Christmas markets what we came for.

We were not satisfied with the information given upon check in for the breakfast. We ended up paying much more as the receptionist did not explain the he gave us an offer and that we had to pay much more if we did not accept
