The room was fine, basic. The bathroom was across the hallway, not convenient - especially for a female traveling alone. The key was very sticky so I spent a couple of minutes in the hallway jiggling the key trying to get into ‘my’ bathroom.

Great spot close to Twickenham and Twickenham Stoop. Lively bar with a nice atmosphere. Small miss-hap with my payment as I made it part in cash, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Bargain price for the area and a good (included!) breakfast. Main improvement I would make is a bathroom refurb in the rooms - was clean but very worn.

Loved the idea of staying at an Inn with a pub and it did not disappoint. Lovely staff, great pub atmosphere and very tasty Thai food choices. A basic but good continental breakfast included. Clean room, not soundproof but within expectations. Narrow stairway may be a challenge for those with mobility challenges.

Flies in the orange juice at breakfast. Cooked brekkie or poor quality. Sawsajjes almost raw, very noisy as in Heathrow flight path. Not their fault obvs. Good smart telly in room, large rooms, cheap but bar was quite sad, sticky carpets. Staff were but clueless and coffee in morning was just freeze dried. Poor show. This is a charming little inn over a pub withing walking distance to the other dining and shopping options. We stayed for a one night layover. The staff is very friendly an accomodating.

I stayed at the Swan Inn with my family for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed walking along the river and walked to Kew Gardens for a day out. We ate in the pub both nights as the Thau food was very good.

We liked the fact that it was an old pub, Inn so we could experience this type of Inn instead of the newer, in the city, places that we usually stay. They were nice and helpful.

This hotel is in a very quiet and adorable part of London. Accessible to walks along Thames and to Twickenham Stadium. Enjoyed my stay throughly.

Great old pub/ inn, had on suite was excellent and clean, bed could use a new mattress but great deal for the money

Bright and airy with views onto village green. Easy transport links into Richmond on Thames H37 bus every 12 minutes. Beautiful there - recommend river walk, Marble Hill gardens and house, Chez Lindsey and Richmond Theatre, Thames Riverboat trip to Hampton Court - fantastic! Isleworth is worth exploring too - lovely riverside walk to Syon Park. Nice meal at Swan, Sizzlers Italian restaurant and very friendly South Street Coffee and Icecream Shop. Friendly locals .

The swan is a good honest pub over-nighter. Not flash, but perfectly good and at a decent price. If little things like a bit of frayed carpet on the stairs etc bother you, don't come here. However, it's a decent standard pub stay at an honest price
