The positives: the hotel is clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly and work hard to keep the place nice. The location is good for shopping in Atlantic mall. The room was quiet. The negatives: the reception staff are ok but despite being Expedia VIP gold status I could not secure an early check in or late check out as they said they were full. They were certainly not full when I arrived. Check in time is not until 3! I got reminded the night before check out by reception that the hotel was full the next day and at 10am on day of check out there was a knock on the door telling me they need to clean the room and asked if I could leave. Check out time is 12 so I said no and left at 11h30. The hotel is near nothing much other than one large shopping mall. The room is small and the shower had no power. Intermittent hot water. The room lights did not all work and I had to ask reception to check. The bed was so uncomfortable. The breakfast was boring and the same every day. For 12.50 euro it’s better to go eat out. There was no sense of welcome or vibe at this hotel it was like a morgue. There is some take over happening on 1/10 to another brand/management.

The room is compact but interestingly designed with fold out niches as bedside tables and illuminated laptop workdesk with powersocket. Breakfast was a good selection from eggs, bacon baked beans and spicy sausage to croissants, sweet pastries fruit and joghurt. For the price unbeatable!

Clean room. Good shower. Nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options plus it was cheap. Let us hang around after check out time to finish our coffee and figure out our next steps.

Very convenient, clean, good sized interconnecting rooms. Perfect for what we needed.

When I arrived, greeting was friendly, I was asked if I was by myself - And I asked for a double bed. I was then told I had a twin room (single bed) asked if they had double bed available? No- was the reply. Her colleague found it amusing that I couldn't have what I wanted, and thought I had booked. So disappointed

Very close to the airport. Great location adjacent to a shopping mall. Free parking. Nice clean comfortable hotel. I would recommend it.

Easy to find and a good stop off point for our journey home from Spain. Hotel is very modern, clean and very friendly staff work there. There's no restaurant but within walking distance is an amazing shopping/cinema complex with loads of different eateries. Good secure free parking too. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Very quiet when I was there but the hotel is pleasant and theres plenty of near by places to eat and drink so the quietness is a nice bonus. The staff were excellent and welcoming and my only complaint about the room is I couldn't find the main light switch until the morning but thats entirely my own fault.

Sought a clean, basic one night stopover en route to the south. The hotel is exactly that. Decor is cheap, but very bright and cleverly designed ( a poor man's Conran). Room was clean, bed described as 'double' was a good king-size and clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for the price. We used the road name in the sat nav to locate the hotel, which failed spectacularly and left us on the other side of the river. We then used postcode for other hotels later in the holiday, so this would probably have worked here. The area is rather homogenous, but the hotel is on the tram line and next to the football stadium, so good landmarks.

A great little hotel just off the peripherique. Ideal location for Zenith Nantes stadium. Very close to restaurants etc.

We checked in late after 11pm on route to the south of France. It was easy to find, had secure parking. The room was modern and very clean. The receptionist spoke English. We didn't book a family room but did request a baby cot but this wasn't provided, we had taken our own just in case. There were no drink making facilities in the room, however you were able to purchase water etc from the bar downstairs. We also didn't get a chance to sample the food however we were exceptionally impressed with the hotel for the price. Would def recommend.
