The Americana was great! The staff was very kind. The room was clean and very cute and fun. The grounds were nice. I highly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it is absolutely perfect! The only suggestion that I have is that they should get rid of those carpets since this is a dog-friendly hotel. This will be easier to clean if accidents happen. I am sure that in time, carpets will start to develop an odor.

This place certainly went all out with a theme. The overall aesthetic of the hotel inside and out is adorable. However...adorable doesn't make up for the on thing that is most important for hotels. Comfort. My main complaint was the bed. The sheets didn't fit the bed so the bottom four inches (near the feet) were just exposed to the mattress cover. Then, the pillows were tiny and square shaped and thick, pretty much unusable as something to put your head on. The bed was quite firm which I usually don't mind but I know others may have issue with. As far as cleanliness they did ok. There was dust behind the bed and along the walls and there were some crumbs left in the shower. And finally, the noise isolation of the rooms is very bad. I was fortunate that I was staying on a weeknight so there weren't many other guests but I could hear every noise the people upstairs made. While I love the overall "look" I will pick somewhere else to stay the next time I pass through Flagstaff.

Fun vintage/space exploration themed motel that suits the attractions in the area, so clever. Nostalgic yet modern without being kitschy, plus it’s on old Route 66. Check in was easy and included a beer which felt very friendly and welcoming. The guy at the front desk was an actual friendly human versus the fake nice at other places. I wish we’d gotten there before dark so we could play cornhole and enjoy the music and vibe of the property. This would be the perfect place to stay for a few days if you’re checking out the area, go adventure for the day and come back to chill with beer, tacos, a pool and lawn games.

Absolutely cute little room with fun decor including a working disco ball, robes, nice tv, in-room coffee pot, even a little ice chest! Outside there was a great pool and fire pit area, along with outdoor concert on Friday night. Plus the most comfortable bed in a motel/hotel I’ve ever slept in! Couple of call outs - the Wi-Fi is totally unreliable and we never got it to work, and had to rely on our hotspot, which wasn’t great bc cell coverage (AT&T) was poor in the area. We talked to the front desk several times and they tried to help, but it never improved. Coffee is in the lobby each morning, but lobby doesn’t open until 8am, so if you’re looking for coffee sooner, take a chance on the room coffeemaker or there’s a Starbucks a mile away. Overall, we had a great visit and the staff were wonderful people.

The hotel is very cool, very retro. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the grounds were so well kept with a beautiful pool. A real treat on Route 66

Wow I love this place! It’s so well designed and the staff was super friendly. The bed was fabulous and the restaurant on site was delicious. The shower/toilet space was tight but functional. The AC for the room didn’t do a great job of regulating the room temp. It was definitely colder than it said on the thermostat and was a one stage cooler- so on full blast or off. It was rattling a bit which was noisy. I couldn’t stay asleep when it was on. So it got hot in the night. I cleaned the air filters bc of a wildfire hoping that would somehow help, but it didn’t, was in room 225. I bought a bunch of merch to send home. Really wanted to check out the pool and the yard games but didn’t have time. Looking forward to getting back to Flagstaff and staying here again.
