I had a wonderful stay at Bachleda Luxury Hotel. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a luxurious ambiance that makes it a perfect place to relax. The room was tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. However, there were a few small issues that could be improved.
First, the soundproofing in my room wasn't the best. In the early morning, I was often woken by the sound of doors slamming as other guests came and went, which was a bit disruptive. Another small point is with the housekeeping staff. While I completely understand that not everyone speaks English or Polish, a simple "Good morning" would go a long way in making guests feel welcome.
Overall, though, the positives outweighed these minor inconveniences. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others seeking a beautiful and relaxing retreat.

Wanted a hotel with access to both the Old City and the Jewish Quarter; This hotel worked out very well though a short walk is needed to both areas. Overall the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. And the staff very kind and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the small “secret” lounge downstairs and the pool area as well. I would be happy to stay here again and hope someday to make that wish a reality!!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Incredibly comfortable, warm friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We arrived early after a very early flight and our room was ready. Great service.

This is the best hotel that my wife and I have stayed in while in Europe and we travel all over! We will always recommend this hotel to family and friends when they travel to Krakow! From elegance to cleanliness this hotel tops all!

This hotel is without a doubt 5 star hotel. I have traveled all around the world and have stayed in many 5 star properties but this one is one of my favorite now. As you enter the hotel it always smells so good and so inviting. The staff is very helpful, kind and attentive. The rooms are big and extremely clean. Beds very comfortable and bath towels bigger than an average bath towel size found in most hotels. Everything is high quality and it’s felt everywhere regardless of where you step. Even though it’s not as close to old town as I would like it to be I still definitely recommend this hotel. Pure luxury and beauty.

I loved staying here. It was the perfect hotel for my dad’s birthday. It was so comfortable, clean and so quiet! I have never stayed in a hotel where it was so quiet and I slept amazingly. The staff are amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They were able to give us excellent suggestions for what we could do during our stay. If you can stay here I highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located and a 10 minute walk from the town square. Can’t wait to stay with you again!

The Bachleda is located in a quiet residential area approx. a 15-minute walk to the Old Town or Wawel Hill.
It is an opulent, stylish and extremely comfortable hotel which is superbly well managed.
The staff (many of whom are relatively "young") are polite, friendly, smartly dressed, energetic and provide a faultless unobtrusive service.
My spacious room (No.114) was restful, beautifully presented and, as with all other areas of the hotel, both stylish and meticulously clean.
The bathroom had "wow factor" with every facility including high quality toiletries. Towels and bedroom linen were spotless and equally of very high quality.
One comment which might be addressed is the lack of a "grab bar" to aid movement in and out of the shower. This is accessed over the bath which has high-sided walls. This could be a problem for some guests.
A wide buffet choice of beautifully presented hot and cold breakfast food.
Excellent, absolutely delicious dinner with impeccable service.
All in all, the Bachleda is one of the best luxury hotels I have stayed in, having stayed in many. It deserves at least its 5 star rating. Very highly recommended for discerning travellers who appreciate the finer things in life.

This is a remarkable hotel, from the moment we arrived staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us in fact one lovely male employee came after us and asked if we needed an umbrella s it was going to rain. The room was huge we had 2 singles in a premier room. Best hotel I have ever stayed
