The room itself was nice but the cleanliness was terrible. The glass glasses were stained and looked like they had only been barely rinsed from the last use. There was a funky smell coming from the carpet which had stains at the end of one of the beds. I don’t want to say what the stains may have been but disgusting. The bathroom had black hair in the sink and the stove and fridge looked like a toddler cleaned them.

The room had a bad odour, we hit it with Febreeze. We were called the same day of arrival (at 2pm) to be informed the pool was down- this is why we booked here. The kitchen in the suite was great! On site bbq was there too.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, our room door didnt lock at all so people could walk into it if they wanted to which was nerve wracking. Furniture was a bit outdated and stained, and the bathroom door couldnt fully open due to it hitting the toilet.

The rooms were comfortable The pool was closed and we had no notification! Not acceptable we stayed 3 nights One day after housekeeping was in to change towels they left our door all day!

Upon arrival, was told that they were going to call me (but never did) and tell me that the executive suite I had booked was unavailable due to repairs, and that they could give me a different room. The entire hotel on Expedia and on the hotel's website stated they were fully booked, so found that odd there was a different room available. The elevators had an odd odor and felt like they were going to break down mid-use, so used the stairs the rest of the time. The room they gave us was partially clean, had to scrub the bathroom and jacuzzi first before being able to use. The mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. During the night, there was kids sprinting up-and-down the hallway until after 1am, which the staff attempted to intervene but they continued. While that is out of their control and I hold no fault of that on the staff, it just added to the poor experience of our stay

One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the jacuzzi tub. Well we got here and the tub was here but the jet control panel had its buttons ripped out

Staff all friendly and the pool was great for my grandkids . The hallways are needing the carpet replaced but everything was clean and comfortable

When we were checking in, I was really tired (stressful week). I was having trouble with my VISA card…..at one point the fellow on the desk asked if I was sure I had enough funds to cover using it!!! (The card had been declined because I had messed it up several times….). I almost walked out at that point, but I was too tired! Not impressed, however.

Gotta be the worst hotel in Dawson Creek. So many stains all over the carpets in the hallway and in my room. Terribly unorganized and waited to get my cc for damage deposit until after I had checked in. Was supposed to have a jacuzzi room and was not given that (so glad I paid for it). Nothing like being welcomed by locked doors when you arrive at your hotel too. Overall I won’t be staying here again
