Shiwer was not the same as in the picture online. Wanted the walk in standing shower and not the tub because i was on crutches and getting into tib was difficult. Breakfast buffet was not restocked and food was cold

We were there for only one night and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. We would stay there again.

Great check in. Hotel immaculate. Room was lovely. Breakfast spot on. Pool was enjoyable as well. I booked wrong night but manager kindly cancelled it for next night. Great customer service

Place was amazing breakfast was amazing and very good very clean rooms were very large and very welcoming will definitely be back to stay again when coming through that area reasonable rates at that too

The room itself was very nice and the property was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is a shady motel right next door, it shares a parking lot. One of the people who worked there started cleaning the counter right next to where I was preparing my breakfast, but all of the other staff were very nice and professional.

This property was very quiet and clean and modern. Highly recommend

Charlottesville is really taking a turn in the wrong direction with a staggering increase in its homeless population. Many street corners seem to be riddled with not only vagrants, but people with drug afflictions and mental health issues ( schizophrenia, uncontrolled verbal and physical outbursts, etc.). Doesn’t feel safe walking through the downtown areas. (Likely exacerbated by the political atmosphere in the region). We did not feel this at the Country Inn, but we were a little concerned with the accessibility of our vehicles to the outside issues. Other than that, the hotel staff and accommodations were better than expected and we would recommend staying here. Staff was friendly, room and common areas were very clean. Didn’t need anything as the room was adequately supplied with proper back up items, etc. People hanging out, families playing games, and having a good time on a rainy night in the main room. Very cozy and comfortable feeling. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in terms of convenience, but because of that is a busy, noisy spot. Room and common areas of the hotel were great though, clean, modern, etc. Breakfast was fresh and always stocked with coffee.

We've stayed here before and we were happy to reserve again. Nice hotel, well situated near places we like to go: very convenient. It was a comfortable stay. Quiet. If I had anything at all negative it would be that the mattress was a bit firm but that's an individual preference probably more due to my back trouble. We don't use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was fine, typical hotel fare with waffles, eggs, cereals, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.
