I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.

The unit we stayed in was very clean and spacious and so comfortable. The inn’s location was quiet but with only a short drive you will arrive at many restaurants, shopping and beaches. The host was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and we would definitely return.

I booked last minute and I didn't get the instructions to enter the property but the owner was very nice and he helped me with everything I asked. Even though the beach is not close, the property was one block from a main road where you could easily pick up a taxi or the public bus either to Marigot (french part) or Philipsburg (dutch part) and move around from there. Nice and confortable room, also near a supermarket. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. I was the most happy with the fact that we were able to upgrade the room once we got here. However, the room didn't have time to be cleaned, but we managed. The laundry system was down which meant we couldn't wash our clothes. This is the second time we stayed here, but was far better than the first.

The room we stayed in was super clean and it was in a great location. It was close to everything you needed. A walk to the grocery store, and a couple minute car ride to the beach. But the owner, Jules, is what made our stay the best! He is so kind and is always making sure you’re having a good time and happy with how everything is going. If you need to know anything about the island, he is a wealth of knowledge. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a hidden gem c!ose to the airport. Jules is #1 on pre-arrival communication, friendliness, and helpfulness when you arrive. I wish we had time to stay there longer; definitely will next trip.
