I really enjoyed this property, Carlos from the water park was especially helpful.
Was over all amazing, except we ordered pillows that never showed up and the showers were cold.

Dreams Bahia was amazing for our family of 5!!! The all inclusive experience was amazing especially all the food it was delicious and so easy for kids. Thank you for a wonderful trip. We also took a little day trip to Sayulita which was a fun vibrant town to enjoy all the colorful culture at the surf town.

The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, the best part is the water park and Pool at the 8th floor full Bar at Secrets side, Portofino's manger Sergio is a jerk our kid are 13, and 17. Which we paid full / adult price, but they can't dine we us.. not good

It was great! Check in was rough and our room wasn’t ready WAY past when they said it would be and then when we finally got our keys, one of our two rooms for our family room hadn’t been cleaned. But other than that hiccup, it was a good vacay!

I’ve stayed here multiple times they have changed something’s you no longer get snacks in the mini bar unless you pay to join there “club” also very strict on eating the restaurants on the adults only side even though we were not with any kids. Before you were allowed too

Beach is very rocky and does not look like the pictures. The fire alarm went off in our room all 5 nights we were there and woke all our little kids up. Got no sleep. Service is very slow and limited things for kids

This property is great. We got a room upgrade. Beside that the staff are the most friendly people around. We had plenty of food drinks and activities to do during our vacation highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. The pools are very nice, and it wasn't packed, which made the visit very nice. The spa was great, and my kids enjoyed their time at the beach (Rocky) and with the kids' club. Claudia, Karla, Paola, and Jenny from the kids' club were very nice, and my kids wanted to stay there every day. That allowed my husband and me to enjoy the secrets and VIP/Preferred areas. I recommend getting access to those areas; they make a difference. The only downside was the construction right next to the hotel, so the photos of the jungle surrounding the hotel were inaccurate. Half of the hotel has to hear the construction noise and see workers, trash, noise, and construction materials as you enter your room. There are some minor maintenance details on the hotel.

Th check in was awful. The front desk greeted us with upgrades and representations that all inclusive package purchased with Expedia came with bottom self liquor; not as advertised. After a long day of travel this was unexpected and made for a miserable welcome. We were also not properly shown to our room since we did not want the upgrade or vacation club presentation.
The property was also under construction and this was not posted when picking a hotel on Expedia & this impacted the noise & views.
Once we made it to the room, the remainder of the stay was very good as the food and service were fantastic but the negatives impacted the entire trip

I didn’t like the fact that you cannot jump in the pool after spending a lot of money and 7 PM is really too early to not be able to use it. I am very disappointed. I rented for one day checked in at 5 PM and was not able to jump in the different pools and couldn’t get on one of them because of your guises policy kind of ridiculous when you’re paying $900 per night

The staff members were always polite and helpful.
Room size is very comfortable.
The food variety and quantity is praiseworthy.
One complaint we have is the distance from room to restaurant.
