Location is good next to JR station. This also cause noise during night as trains are passing every 10-20 minutes near the building. Food is good, room is new and amenities are excellent. Front desk staffs are not warm welcoming.

The room is nice, new, and advanced. The bed is a bit too soft but it's okay. The air-conditioning is good. However, the daily cleaning is stull have room for improvement.

Nagoya JR Gate Hotel is very convenient. Easy to access public transport. A huge carpark in the same building. Many types of restaurants downstair.
Nagoya is famous for family travel with kids. However, Nagoya JR Gate Hotel does not offer any baby bath basin/tub for my toddler to use. Also, they dont have any bed rail for toddler. Moreover, there is no weighing scale in the bathroom.
I do hope that they can provide the above things in the future

This is our first time staying in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The room is so spacious, the view is amazing! especially to those with children who loves trains! It is so conveniently located, lots of restaurants and food options. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast food was amazing! I highly recommended it

I arrived at 11pm and asked at reception if there were any foods available nearby. The answer was a definite NO and pointed to convenient store only. When I went outside there are actually a few available and I manage to have a good bowl of noodles.

Hotel is located right above the Nagoya station so traveling was extremely convenient, everything is in walkable distance. Room is a little small but very comfortable! Overall super recommend and would come back for my next visit!

The staffs are very friendly. Our bullet train was delayed for an hour due to heavy rain, they allowed us to stay in the lobby while waiting for the train.
