Room is clean, plenty of space, amazing view over the sea and Spinalonga. Private pool is worth a 5 star review on its own but the rest of the hotel adds even more, definitely worth it.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the sea and Spinalonga Island. Every room has a private plunge pool. Rooms are well arranged and spacious.

The design and style of the property is excellent with many little things considered, but what really makes it special is the staff who will always go the extra mile with nothing too much trouble. Bravo for the training and customer engagement.

Staff were without exception helpful, polite, professional, and extremely friendly. Pool area was stunning and not overcrowded. Room had its own mini pool as well. Excellent breakfast. Main restaurant seemed quite pricey but Plaka village only a short walk where there were a myriad of eating options. Fantastic place and would thoroughly recommend.

This is a really excellent hotel. Not only the staff was amazing alt all times, the entire resort was very well built and comfortable. The owner is local and owns a construction company and you can feel that by how well the hotel is built. There is a funicular lift for the rooms which are built on a steep hill making it very easy to access the rooms.
The room has got a great size and the bathroom and toilet are separate and very good. There is plenty of storage space which I feel sometimes is lacking in hotels.
The view from the room is impressive and the private swimming pool is quite good size.
There is plenty of free water, a welcome pack.
The gym is well equipped.
The breakfast is excellent and at request some vegan options were available (although not a lot in terms of hot food).
There are 2 large swimming pools and the beach is a 4 minute walk. They provide a shuttle to the beach.
There are electric car charging points and electric cars for rental.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and service in the restaurants. Good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Room was perfect, private pool was fun, dinner buffet was delicious and staff was so nice. One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone going to Plaka. Truly five stars!

Cayo was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the beautiful property, to the accommodating staff, we have no complaints and only praise for this hotel!

Cayo is perfection! The location was great, the facilities amazing. We booked adjoining rooms and had a private pool with sun loungers plus two good sized balcony areas with outdoor tables/chairs. We ordered room service for dinner one night and enjoyed a quiet delicious dinner overlooking the village of Plaka Beach and Spinalonga Island. Highly recommend Cayo and I’ll return!
