Would recommend however the people at front desk were not always friendly, it really depended who was there. We were surprised by the hit or miss treatment because of the amount of time we spent there in the restaurant, bar, and the shop. Not to mention we booked a second room during our stay. So most of our money spent in San Cristobal went directly to the hotel. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and made up for it. Along with the beauty of the grounds and hotel.

Hotel is exceptionally well designed. Rooms are very cute. We stayed in 2 different types of rooms. Both were nice.
WiFi a little bit shoddy so - don’t expect to be able to stream Netflix.
Restaurant was good too.

The design of the hotel surrounds a garden and the position of the hotel looks towards the mountains. Even though this hotel is in the center of town it feels a little removed because of the nature. The restaurant is also a nice touch since you can have all three meals here and prices are very good in the restaurant. The executive suites are great with a view of the wall of vines. I could sit in bed all day and just enjoy the view. The amenities in the bathroom were also nice and smelled good. For those that want a special retreat to relax in San Cristobal, this is a good place.
