The hotel is located in the heart of Isla Mujeres nightlife - The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely stay again

The lobby is hidden behind staircase. Receptionist is quiet and a bit reserved. Service could be more welcoming. Cute balcony but facing towards a restaurant terrace where has live music. It has a nice kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to play Norte you on the street for night and entertainment price is very good no complain you gotta remember this is how do buildings close to the ocean and you know I’m happy come back next year

Downtown Isla is the bar scene. This hotel is located in front of the loudest music bar/restaurant in downtown. Music does not stop until 11:30 at night. We were leaving after a miserable night but they found a room for us in the back of hotel. Staff and housekeeper did their jobs but unless you are there to party all night I would seek out another place to stay.

Perfect location, clean and great price. The room was very spacious and the staff was super friendly, though not everyone speaks fluent english. There is a rooftop across the street and you do hear it at night so for early birds sleep may be a bit difficult. The bar stops @1am though.

Across the street from me was a rooftop cafe with live music so you might want to ask for a back room if you want to sleep before midnight. The room was large and modern with a fridge and microwave, and basic plates and cutlery. There was a flat screen TV with many cable channels but all in Spanish and poor reception. The free Wi-Fi was weak and intermittent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very good value.

I had no problem with the noise, you have a television, air conditioning and the staff was great. I will definitely look for Los Arcos my next trip to Isla.

Los Arcos is a quaint, boutique hotel that is in the heart of Isla. The air conditioning was cold and the water was hot. It fit all of our basic needs. We had many friends recommend Los Arcos, it met and exceeded all of our expectations.

This is a great little hotel in the center of town.Many restaurants within a 5 minute. About a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Isla Mujeres. The building shows its age but still clean and comfortable. Definitely will return

Suites los Arcos is close & convenient to everything on the north end of Isla Mujeres. Walkable from the ferry, walk to all north beaches, great shell & seaglass hunting on the Caribbean side, all Centro restaurants & even the Super Express grocery store. I was overall very satisfied. My only disappointments were that the wifi never worked during my stay & no water bottle in the room. Kitchenette had a sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & a few dishes & glasses. It would be nice if they added a toaster. The bathroom had a large shower with very strong water pressure. I never heard any noise from the street- nice & quiet.

Staff was helpful and attenative, room was quiet even tho it was on the busiest street in town. Price was was very resonable. We only stayed one night because we couldn't get into our week long stay at the bigger hotel but might consider staying there longer next time. Recomended it to our friends who we traveled with this trip who can be there much quicker than we can.

Los Arcos is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were nice and clean and large. The location is very good as you can walk from the ferry to the hotel and are in town where you can enjoy all the fun in town. Several resturants are within walking distance. Also it offers free internet.

The Los Arcos Suites was a great place to stay if you wanted to be in the middle of all of the action.It was fun to sit out on your balcony and people watch.As far as the room's go the air conditioning and ceiling fan kept the room at a very comfortable temperature considering how hot it was outside.I think the hotel should invest in some more comfortable mattress's and pillow's though.It would sure make for a more comfortable stay.The room's were alway's kept very clean and the front desk was a very helpful and friendly person.There are several very good restaurant's within walking distance.The Bamboo was the best place to eat for steak's,lobster,shrimp and chicken.The restaurant directly across from Bamboo and Rolandi's both made great pizza.We also ate at Jax's several times.They served some good appetizer's and $6.00 bucket's of corona's.If you are not worried about staying directly on the beach and want a lot of action then the Los Arcos Suites is the place to stay.
