They sold out of the family room we booked and instead of giving us a double bed they put us in a room with 2 twin beds and told they cant help us because we are staying there three nights and they have other in coming bookings for the following days. There is also no lift and luggage assist trolleys. No mini fridge and no iron. Cleaning only happens upon check out for a 3 day booking.

Food was lovely at pub which we started off with before heading to room. Room lovely, clean, modern!! And everything you need for a break away.

We got locked out of the room every single day we stayed there. The key cards will just not work. There was a day we stayed outside the hotel past midnight before getting access to our room. Apart from the issue with the key cards everything else was great.

Firstly I requested two rooms to be close to each other and did not expect to be on different floors and nowhere near each other !, also when I checked in I was told the payment card had been rejected and I know this not to be true as I made two bookings with Expedia and both bookings made were made with the same payment card and it was not nice to be asked for the payment and told that I was lucky that the rooms were not allocated to someone else as payment made and had not been authorised by using other forms of payment… plus no one from either the Fallow field or Expedia have contacted me to ask for confirmation payment, very bad service and would probably not stop here again due to this issue

Friendly staff and good room, booked the room at the last minute (30 mins before arrival!) and the key was already ready when I got to the reception (in the pub). Only downside was being woken by guests in another room during their late check in.

We like to stay here as it’s clean and accessible to Telford centre.

Check-in was easy at the reception desk inside the pub. The room was basic, no decoration to speak of but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Value-for-money-wise, all was good.

Lovely place to stay, staff very friendly, room very spacious and quiet, large tv unlike some rooms, 2 small not so good bits, room.was very warm during the early hour's, avd some rather disappointing limescale over the bathroom taps, Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay again

Comfortable bed but something inside the room was noisy along with the aircon!

Fallow Field at Marsden. Lovely welcome stay were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. If I stayed in Telford again I'd be very happy to re-book.

Sadly the reception staff were particularly unhelpful after they had cancelled my travelling companion’s booking. We were told many lies about their mistake and they refused a full refund to my friends. They totally refused me a refund so I had to stay on my own. They were unreasonable and unapologetic.
