Nice hotel and good locations. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. But the condition of the rooms and corridors was outdated and needing maintenance.

I was so happy that I chose Hotel FRANQ for my last stop in Belgium - at the end of a trip when you start to get a little bit tired. The staff was remarkable, going above and beyond in every way. The room was spacious and comfy - the right amount of luxury without being stuffy. And, as a treat I had dinner one night at their Michelin starred Restaurant FRANQ and the food and the staff were amazing. I loved this place and would choose it again if I were to visit Antwerp again.

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is gorgeous, great location and the staff are really friendly. I would have given 5 stars, however, we were disappointed that our shower was broken during our stay and wouldn't drain properly. On reporting, an engineer came on the second night, but was even worse. We were not offered any form of compensation for this.

This is the perfect place to stay in Antwerp. It’s located centrally - close to the train station, historic town square including the church designed by Ruben, and is walkable to local hangouts and shopping areas. The hotel has a cool history being a former bank and the staff are knowledgeable about this history and the area.

The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore!
All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay!

Lovely hotel stay in Antwerp with the family. The staff are exceptional and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. A great location just a couple blocks from the old town and a few blocks to the Diamond district. Make sure to ask the front desk for any recommendations you need as all their suggestions were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Everything was marvelous from the glass of Prosecco at checkin to the impeccable service to the very last minute. Cannot say enough about the solicitude of the staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the bed. The bed was awful. Waking up on vacation sore and uncomfortable isn't ideal. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff on duty for the breakfast.

Weekend stay, our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet & comfortable. Hotel is well located within walking distance to old town & the port. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was okay distance if you don’t have a lot of luggage but a taxi may be a better choice

Beautiful hotel - very well appointed and well staffed. Rooms were a good size for Europe and beds very comfortable with nice linens.
Especially loved the welcome glass of Prosecco during check in!

The breakfast was exceptional with fresh breads, cheese, fruits, and juices. Eggs to order. Adding the breakfast option was well worth it.
The bed is comfortable. Shower was spacious. Everything was great.
The only exception is Road construction in front of the property but this is temporary as of 9/28/23.
