The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable and staff were nice but ineffective, for example, when I called for room service which was supposed to be 24 hours, I was told to call back in 2 hours to try again, this was at 9 at night! A staff member kindly helped me book a taxi and put the wrong destination. I asked for more towels because housekeeping kept taking them without leaving fresh ones, but the front desk never sent them up.
Housekeeping made a valiant effort to keep things clean, but the hotel interior is in desperate need of a refurbishment. If you can reach room service, the food is delicious and plentiful.

The staff was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were occasional lapses in providing coffee during breakfast, and the food choices were limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel boasts a good location, a generously sized and comfortable room, and offers good value for money.
