I checked in and was sent to a room occupied by someone else, thankfully upon opening the door only seen suitcases and things strewn about, then I was given a room of which I never noticed until late that there was no towels in the room so I had to get ready for my flight whilst I dripped dry!!

We chose this hotel for covenience. Short walk from the airport after a long travel day. We would 100% stay again if we required a late evening check in. Highly recommend.

Came in around midnight late flight. Checked in quickly and went to bed. Got up showered and had the breakfast included. All was good. We have stayed there many times flying in and out of PV. A very easy lit up walk from and to the airport.

My overnight stay was good. Exactly what I needed. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

Very close to airport (we walked). It was a Sunday evening, so not too many dinner choices (most were closed, except the restaurant in the Casino or fast food). Room was very clean and basic. It worked for us.

Our arrival they gave us a room that had two beds when we asked for a queen size bed only, and then there was a view of the pool when the offer I booked was to have a city view. We asked for a change. The following room it was late night when I was to shower and they did not have warm water. We called reception and was informed to wait 10 minutes leaving it running. Which we did, but still no warm water, we left the shower running about 25 minutes now. Not only was it wasteful, the receptionist said then they couldn't resolve the situation as there was no maintenance availability to check the situation. Asked for a room change and was told all the rooms would have the same water temperature. We were told then they could give us a refund and help us find a new place. We told them we booked the place because we had a connecting flight the following day and reading the reviews the place sounded like a good stay. Anyhow we feel for future they should always have maintenance on hand, or a back up. If there was future bigger catastrophe like bursting pipes things can get out of hand.
