The airport shuttle service was very good and efficient. Hotel was really near the airport. I received a very nice and large room. Had dinner and the food was good but service was poor with not enough staff. Breakfast just okay with no employees around. Could not even get a cup of tea and no one to ask. Double lock on door was inoperable. Had to ask to receive a remote control for air conditioning and eventually received one. Toilet seat in room loose. Employees at reception were more interested in talking to each other than offering assistance but when they helped they were friendly.

Habitel Prime is technically a very good hotel near the airport in Bogota. First time I went there, everything was perfect. But this stay was pretty terrible. When you get to the hotel at midnight and the staff doing the check-in tells you your room is not ready yet, you know you have a problem and there is something wrong with the management of the place. It is a shame because otherwise it would be a great place.

Unfortunately the staff at reception are not helpful to answer questions about tourism tour , taxis , etc If you want to stay is wonderful but do your research before if you want to have a city tour , how to get it , what their recommendations, nothing for tourism

This hotel is super convenient for its proximity to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour but it doesn’t wait for long, so if you miss it,you have to wait another half hour for the next. My room had an air conditioner, but not a remote control for it. I didn’t get a water bottle as in other occasions I stayed there. The service in general is very good. The restaurant needs improvement in the service and the menu.

The view was of dirty laundry and dumpsters in the back corner of a parking lot. I booked this room for two people and were only provided with 1 coffee pod - which was decaf. At this point, having a coffee machine in the room was pointless. One of the body towels in our bathroom had a strong smog odor. I called reception for these issues, but they did not answer nor call back. I attempted multiple times. There’s a male who has handled beverages during breakfast the two times I’ve seen him. He wasn’t friendly on our first interaction in my previous visit and was definitely not friendly on this last visit. I also felt as if I was bothering the female at the reception desk at check-out by asking her what kind of room I had stayed in. This is my go-to hotel for the Bogota Airport, but I don’t think I will be using them again.
