Arrived late in the evening, staff at car park and check-in were all very efficient and helpful. Pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. The suite was spacious with a separate sofa area and an open kitchen area equipped with stove, microwave oven, utensils and crockery. The hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. There was a good spread for breakfast, although the positioning of the coffee area in one tight corner is rather unusual, causing some congestion during busy period. Overall, a very delightful stay.

Hotel room is spacious, nicely designed and bed is comfortable. But check-in service is unprofessional, buffet breakfast is terrible.

very new hotel, and comes with almost all universal power sockets. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast selection small but tasty. Hot water takes a long time to reach the room. And the nearby neighborhood has quite a few night clubs and not suitable to wonder out at night.

We drove to Taichung to checkout the Flora Exposition and decided to stay at this hotel because of its high user reviews. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with our stay, mostly because of the relatively poor services. While the property is brand spanking new, the rooms comfortable, there are better choices in Taichung at the same price level. Our disappointments were as follow: 1. While the hotel probably has less than 20 guests in total, we had to wait for the rooms to be ready for us to check-in. Granted, we arrived at 1:30pm, a bit early than the customary 3:00pm check-in time, but the hotel rooms were clearly unoccupied, and we were made to wait to enter our rooms. 2. We wanted to check out the very nice swimming pool and the night sky in the evening, but the pool area was closed at 9:30pm. When we arrived at 9:30pm, the doors were locked and no attendants were available. 3. The breakfast was adequate, but not spectacular (as compared to other hotels in Taichung). Coffee and tea need to be requested, not offered. While the property was nice and comfortable, but without the services, it would be hard for us to come back again.

This is only my second time staying in here, but some of them already knew my last name. It was also a great experience to swim in roofpool with the fatastic vice of Taichung City.
