Very Friendly staff and willing to help with my booking mishap wanting to stay in sault michigan but decided to just stay with at this hotel! Great evening before jumping on the plane. Still very close to the chippawa county airport!

The stay was lovely, however they have an automated text system that messages you at 7 and 8 am. That made me unhappy waking me up the day of my stay before I even checked in then on the day of departure.

Hotel itself was very clean, staff amazing and beds were comfy. Unfortunately there were a bunch of 7-8 year old baseball kids that the parents decided it was ok for them to run around and scream outside in the parking lot til almost midnight each night. Not good when you need to be up at 5am.

Interesting considering there were 10 cars in the parking lot at that time. Was given a bottle of “smoke cleaner” to cleanse the room myself. The HVAC cycled on an off all night every 15 mins. Won’t be back.

I really enjoyed my stay, centrally located but just far enough away from the heart of downtown so it was nice cozy and quiet. It felt like a boutique cottage hotel with comfortable beds, the pool was warm and staff were friendly. I’ll stay there again.
