The garden is pretty and staffs are friendly.
However there is too much mold in the bathroom. The rooms and bedding condtion is not good.
The worst is that I can hear monkey calls all night.
It's cheap, but I don't think I'll stay here again.

We loved this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Ubud. The pool area is set in a lush garden and is just beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and we loved the banana pancake. The staff really made the difference. They were just so kind and helpful, smiling and greeting us every time we met them. We were given a room with a balinese roof at first, which means the roof is open allowing bugs and gekkos to come ind and bugs to life in the roof. We had a lot of insect droppings on our beds, including insects crawling in our beds and all other surfaces. The room had a lot of dead insects on the panels and window frames and it felt dirty and in need of excessive cleaning. I kept all my bags closed for the entire time we were there. Fortunately, the staff were able to give us a room with a closed roof for the last days of our stay and it was such a different experience, hence my overall positive review. We loved the big balcony and the privacy of it. The hotel is placed very central in Ubud but still quiet enough from the busy road.

It was more traditional Balinese style of a hotel. But it was very cute. Clean and very friendly staff. We were leaving early in the morning and they packed us a breakfast box for the road!

Great property! After checking in at the reception desk, I felt like we were in a jungle as we walked to our cottage, which is a good thing. Our cottage was spacious and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend Ubud Inn and Cottages.

Only 200 odd meters up the road from the Monkey Forest, and they frequently visit here...nice swimming pool, however wear swimming google as lots of chlorine...beautiful gardens and conveniently located to all shops and bars...highly recommend.

Property was clean. Staff was good. Maintainance should be done to make sure all broken items in room are fixed like lampshades and inner fridge door. Location is good. Breakfast was ok but staff in restaurant was not too pleasant. Breakfast options for vegetarians are almost non existant and makes the portions too small because one item which you cannot have is not replaced by anything else.

The air con almost did not work on our first night. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unspectacular. We played host to one of the primates on our first breakfast when it appeared suddenly. Overall, if you are there to enjoy the beauty of Ubud and are not too fussy about the condition of the accommodation, you can consider the hotel. But if you are prepared to pay more and staying for more than 3 nights, there are other choices along the same street.

Ubud Inn is a lovely place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and the pool wonderful. The rooms are really spacious. We had an upstairs rooms which was fine for us but if you have any knee issues ask for a ground floor room. There are quite a few stairs and they are higher steps, as seems to be the norm in Bali. The court yard is very lush with flowers and plants. The restaurant staff are all very sweet and accommodating.
Ubud inn is about a 7-10 min easy walk to the monkey forest and very close to many good restaurants and shopping. The palace with its nightly traditional Balinese dance is about a 15-20 minute walk straight up the street to the end. It’s easy to get to from this hotel and there is so much to see on the way. That’s why it’s a little hard to estimate the walking time as we kept stopping to look at things on the way 😉

Lush grounds - lots of trees, flowers etc. spacious room and balcony. Nice pool and food. Bathroom needs update.

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were walking distance to many restaurants and shops but not in the absolute thick of downtown Ubud. The staff was all very friendly and the property was stunning! Breakfast was decent and basic but wasn’t included in the room booking I purchased but cost less than 100 rupiah.
