An excellent Glamping experience. The tents and beds were very comfortable. The campfire conversations with new friends was nice. A nice alternative lodging options while visiting Yellowstone.

This property was overall a joy to stay at. I only have a few gripes for my stay. One, the showers are a bit on the smaller side and that’s expected for where the property is located. Next, the water pressure of the shower isn’t the best, if it was better, I probably wouldn’t have had any issues with the property large enough to dissuade me from giving it five stars. Finally, the proximity of the interstate can make falling asleep a bit hard at times, however, these are all small issues at the end of the day. The staff was kind, the living spaces look exactly as advertised and I left the property satisfied.

We stayed in a Yurt, the place was very spacious and comfortable. Only at night in was very cold inside, need some kind of heating. The grass was over grown, showers and bathroom very clean but needs a little attention the shower knobs which were overs flowing.

First time sleeping in a tent and wasn’t terrible. The beds are nice and cozy and really warm! The blankets they provide are great.

The tent was very comfortable and surrounded by trees. Although the campground was quiet, you could hear the highway traffic. The grounds were poorly maintained with inadequate mowing around tents and on paths.

Beds were really comfortable. Lots of room to move around and relax. We also loved looking up at the stars at night through the plastic panels of the tent. My only complaint is that we couldn’t use our cook stove by our tent. It’s a little inconvenient having to bring our food/coffee over to the communal area to cook. However I do understand that they don’t want someone accidentally starting a fire.

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed for 4 nights. We actually choose this place over a hotel that was 5 mins from Yellowstone (which is where we spent most of our time) because we wanted to experience the glamping for the first time. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Our first night we took the top window covers down and got a surprise thunder and lightning storm and watched it from inside the tent! So awesome. Our second morning we had a moose run behind our tent!!! We got the luxury family tent F9 spot. We were away from other tents which was so nice. The community fire was a fantastic idea and my little one enjoyed the s'mores. Just our personal opinion would be if the weeds/wildflowers around the tent were pushed back about a foot so you could get around the tent to open the windows. We did that in the mornings to air our the tent. Maybe a couple more bathrooms closer to the family tents. I would recommend shower stalls with just a shower and sink and no bathroom but again that's just a personal opinion. Definitely will do this again if we come back in the area. Super fun location for our boys, they saw moose in the morning by our tent! Everything was perfect and as described.

Yes, you sleep in a tepee or yurt, but you are provided with wonderful beds and bedding. No, there is no electricity, but a proper solar battery for what we needed and to run the two lamps provided. Yes, there are portable bathrooms, but are very sufficient for getting ready or preparing for bed. If you want a different experience than a hotel, this is it! We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the crisp morning air! We did not miss hotel style at all! Expect that this is "glamping", and you will be fine. At the welcome tent they provide coffee after 7am, games, cards etc available to take back to your tent, and a fire pit at night. The only 4 I gave it was because personally i would have like for the area around our yurt to be a little more groomed instead of overgrown. But, again, this is not a hotel so it wasnt too big a deal. Our family will definitely stay again when we are in the area! Thank you for the adventure!

We had a wonderful time staying at Starlight Retreat. The stars at night were beautiful and the tents were so clean and welcoming. There is a community area to cook and a fire to roast marshmallows too in the evening! It does get pretty cold at night so make sure to bring warm clothes to sleep in even if it’s hot during the day the nights get really cold.

Great fun stay! It’s clean for the outdoors. The tent was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful
