The Villa was lovely. Plenty of room for us with privacy. The natural spring hot tub and sauna were very relaxing after long adventurous days. Black out curtains made sleeping pleasant. Host was accommodating by allowing us an early arrival after a long overnight flight. The kitchen was well appointed down to spices and expressions for the mornings. Wonderful place and country.

A very stylish and comfortable place, awesome hot tub and sauna. Convenient location, a very short drive to downtown and the Sky Lagoon. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Totally worth it.

Place is Amazing! Beds are incredibly comfortable, hot tub is great, sauna has views over Reykjavik and to the mountains beyond, the place is fully stocked with anything you could need. Highest recommendation.

Hands down the most pleasant place to stay. The pictures of the views of the city and mountains do not do it justice. Super convenient to the roads to go to the South coast and Golden a circle. The house was very clean, modern, well equipped, and the Sauna and hot tub made an already wonderful place out of this world. Communication was great and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

This property wasabsolutely amazing. Myself and my family always stay at holiday rentals and this was by far the best we have experienced. The condition of the property, the location and the attentiveness of the host, Sigurour, was above expectations. Every aspect of the property itself was high spec which is unusual for a holiday let at this price.

The views and amenities for this place are amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. The host was very happy to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was just the "icing on the cake" for us - many thanks.

This property was excellent location, with an amazing host, and the views of Reykvavik are as seen in the photos. The hot tub on the property is also a great extra. Our host made us feel welcomed and at home in his home. Staying outside of Reykavavik allowed us free parking to then not have to waste time finding/worry about parking. The property had everything a family would need to excel at making memories in this great city.

We would like to give Sigurdur’s and his villa the warmest review, from the moment you arrive and until you leave you feel like home, it’s a luxury apartment with all equipment you will ever need for your trip and the apartment is so nice decorated with furniture’s from all over the world and there is a big new kitchen. Sitting on the terrace with a great warm bath coming from the ground looking at the museum of Pearland and Reykjavik when it full storm outside cannot be described, you need to experience it. This property is too relaxing and homely to not spend time in it! Super clean, incredibly comfortable beds and showers, great hot tub outside and view of the city! Would definitely recommend. Note however, this is in the suburbs outside Reykjavík. We had a rental car, which made it easily accessible to town. It’s in a very residential area, with industrial parks and shopping malls nearby but not really walking distance. We had a great time here and host was responsive at all times!
