Not too happy with stuff

I like this hotel. But the shower and toilets are not great. You can either close the door of the shower and toilet. But can do both. The deluxe room is small for me bed not comfortable for the price. Breakfast is good. Hotel is located right in the heart of the center. Do have most everything around.

Construction every morining anove room, rooms are NOT soundproof very noisy they did on the last day move us to a upgraded room but the smell of cigarette smoke was powerful and they put families bear couples and kids run up and down halls screaming and they also put us across from housekeeping who were really loud even though the do not distirb sogn was on if you want quoet relaxation this is Not the place

Good breakfast buffet, albeit mostly Korean and Vietnamese dishes. Deluxe Double Room was small, but adequate with nice view. Bathroom was very small (Toilet stall was so little you'll bang your head pulling up your pants!), and has too many mirrors. Room had more than enough outlets, which is rare in Vietnam. The "western" restaurant had very limited menu which did not reflect the advertisements for the restaurant. The lobby bar was OK, they had lots of fancy cocktails, but did not know how (or were unwilling) to make a simple Gin & Tonic. No wine by the glass.

The room is not nice the people here is horrible. When I check out they want to charge me 30k vnđ for a dirty towel. Are they expect us use a towel and not dirty it?! I don’t mind paying it only 30k but this is a dumb charge ever. And they told me they try wash it but didn’t come out . But I just check out 2 min . There so much nicer hotel around this place . Don’t come here to ruin ur trip

Booked 3 rooms. I stayed in the Queen with No Window. It was very good. Ventilation was adequate, and the bed was super comfortable. The inside room was quieter. We didn't have any problems like other reviewers did with noise. The other thing that made this hotel really good was the location. Right behind the hotel and accessible via a long staircase was the night market. And all kinds of restaurant were within a 10-minute walking radius. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was really good, although the selection were more Vietnamese-style, not as western. But it still tasted great. I would 100% recommend Colline and would come back on my next visit

Lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. Very central and walkable area although a bit hilly throughout the entire city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. This is a great choice for your stay in Dalat!

There was a lot of noise because it was a night market nearby, but I liked that it was easy to move around. I liked that the staff welcomed us kindly. But we didn't give a welcome tea, so we wondered a little why we didn't. The staff who guided us to our room was kind, and it was comfortable and nice to have a staff who could speak Korean when we checked out. The carrier storage service was good, but I probably felt bad about who spilled the cake on my carrier because there was a cake lump on it, but everything was okay because the staff was kind.

The room on the other hand was average: beds were comfy but the washroom layout is not the best (looks fancy but not the most practical) and the soundproofing is lacking (we can hear honking even on the 9th floor). The breakfast buffet offers good variety, but would be nice a touch if items were clearly labelled whether is they are vegan/vegetarian. Location is ok if you're into the local wet/dry market experience (most of the vendors do sell identical items). I would rate my overall experience a 3.5 stars.

Overall facility needs some maintenance. It wasn’t as clean and updated as the photos showed on the website. I think this is closer to a feel of 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good. It had many options to choose from. Very convenient to eat in the morning. Make sure to read the fine print of the room details, as some rooms in this hotel doesnt have windows. I booked a window room but others in the group accidentally booked the windowless room. It was a very convenient walking location to restaurants and shopping.

Too noisey at the corridors during night time. We can hear all the noises from outside. The lady at the check in counter was very rude. She keeps on insisting that we took the laundry bag at time checkout and requested us to go back up to look for it ! Very frustrating and upset!

The property was in good location so easily to go to the night market and buy a lot of things. The breakfast buffet was really delicious! The 2 things they need to do maintenance the bathroom room and towels need to update new ones.
