Quiet convenient location in a seemingly questionable neighborhood. Loud HVAC unit in room, Low hot water pressure. Comfortable hot breakfast with many options, though some were empty when we ate.

A very nice hotel in a convenient neighborhood.Comfortable room, typical breakfast. Staff was amazing: i forgot my camera in the room and they arranged to mail it to me! Hotel is also new and well equipped. Highly recommended

Had a great stay!! The property was very clean. Rooms were nice and updated. Staff were very friendly.

Would stay here again. Rooms are recently renovated but still had a damp smell. Breakfast was excellent and gym is decent.
Pool was not accessible. Staff were polite.
Not much information on Sequioa national park or the wider general area. Good list of restaurants in the area.

Common area was crowded and noisy but didn’t hear any of it in first floor room nearby. Gym pretty limited with equipment and pool was crowded so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of choices out early and we could t wait around. I’d recommend starting here

Very helpful friendly staff . Rooms so clean great pool easy parking and tasty breakfast. Only
Downside is are the computers are really old in the lobby so won’t work for anything other than browsing.

Modern hotel with a decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and the common areas were tidy. I liked the different table heights and the work seating in the lobby and dining by area.

Water was gushing from the back of the hotel with water overflowing into the parking lot. Told staff-they said they need to turn valve off. Was not turned off till hours later and we had to walk in pool of water from parking lot. Barn door came off in hotel bathroom, could’ve fallen and hurt someone. At least one staff was not friendly, couldn’t even smile. Didn’t seem to like his job. Could benefit from customer service training. Cindy was very friendly & welcoming.
