The hotel resort was unique abit of a hideaway which was very quiet and relaxed. It was also a stress free experience.

This is the worst Wyndham property we have ever stayed at... This property is old and run down 2 of the listed restaurants have been out of business for more than a year the casino smells like mold so bad we didn't use it. only thing nice about this place is they do have a large marina and The area is nice an close to the airport and Simpson bay. we stay 3 weeks

This property is old and run down 2 of the listed restaurants have been out of business for more than a year the casino smells like mold so bad we didn't use it. only thing nice about this place is they do have a large marina and The area is nice an close to the airport and Simpson bay. we stay 3 weeks

Poor service, the walking distance from the parking lots to your room especially if it’s raining they should have shuttles one of those golf cart to transport the property need a serious upgrade the Wi-Fi connection is very poor at the property

The property itself was big, however the property needs immediate updates on its surrounding areas, furniture, bedding, reception and every amenity. The way it’s promoted/advertise is deception since most the things like restaurants and transportation services are not available.

The property is nice there’s not much going on there the pool need to be clean. It was very dirty.. no pool service whatever they do have a pool bar but there’s no one there to attend.. parking is way off.. long walk to rooms.. the room it self
were very clean house keeping dose a wonderful job.. and yolanda was amazing she made our stay comfortable that was the best part for me thanks yolana for everything.

The rooms are a good distance from the main lobby & parking. Which is inconvenient especially when you have luggage/shopping/small children.
The pool area is good but if it was well maintained with a pool attendedant and drink offerings it would be better.
The property has a lot of potential but it is apparent the owners/managers do not care about upgrading the property.

It felt like no one was at the resort, therefore it lacked amenities such as pool towels and restaurants. It was in a location that was not walkable to anything. On a plus side, the rooms were very nice.
