Very small room. Adequate for a quick stay, but was not a room you feel especially comfortable in. Nice staff and clean room. Felt a little dated.

It was a great hotel with clean and cleanliness. However, it was a little disappointing when the parking fee was collected, but it was a good place to replace the disappointment with kindness and cleanliness. Despite the city view, there was not much outside noise, and due to the nature of the location, there must have been a lot of traffic, but it seems that they paid a lot of attention to blocking outside noise.

Th standard double room was perfect for my stay. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the down pillows. The shower pressure was great. Felt very safe here traveling alone. The Starfield Mall is right across the street so lots to do and see. There is a grocery store right on the side street of the hotel. I didn’t see it until my last night. Also, they have a nice washer and dryer. Rooftop was cute.

Hotel is located very centrally in Gangnam district, with 4 min walk to the CoEx mall and shopping centre. Transport links are excellent as buses and metro are right outside this hotel The hotel itself was not what you would call a 4 star hotel experience. The room was small, it had grey cement wall on one side which seemed like a leftover work or poor designing, the AC was too noisy when it turned on, water would stand outside the shower cubicle and needed to be mopped every time. The smell was not great either. It was an okay stay, may be a 3 star experience where you just go to sleep and do not care about most other things. The things that were nice was 24 hour reception, decent breakfast at the high floor with decent views and the small pool area.

- very convenient in the lively downtown Gangnam District - excellent staff - beautiful restaurant-scene (including for breakfast) on the 22nd floor. (very scenic) - terrific spot to relax and see much of the city on the rooftop-garden.

Beds comfortable. There is coffee in the room but not good so we went to the restaurant and it was even worse. Other than that good place to stay
