The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, however, the shower area doesn’t drain water properly, which is both inconvenient and unpleasant. When we raised the issue, they initially said they would send the maintenance team, but later the receptionist informed us that "the building was designed in a way that causes the water to remain in the shower area. She mentioned that she personally would have resolved the issue, but the hotel management did not share her perspective."

Great staff, awesome location, never been in a hotel so clean as this one. A bit pricey without breakfast being included but overall excellent experience.

The hotel was in a great location which made it walkable to many tourist attractions. The rooms were immaculately designed and cleaned to perfection. The customer service was top notch and property was picturesque.
Ariana at the front desk was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and was able to make suggestions when needed.
Overall this hotel completely contributed to my excellent stay in Porto. I can’t wait to come and visit again.

Overall this hotel completely contributed to my excellent stay in Porto. I can’t wait to come and visit again.

Great location. Loved the updated rooms and bathroom. They really paid attention to detail. Only negative would be parking- maybe better communication on where to park for the stay that is affordable.

Perfection! A short but wonderful stay. Centrally located A short block away from the river. Near everything you want to see Porto and Gaia.The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. this staff was super accommodating and made wonderful recommendations

After a hot loud sleepless night with open windows, no fan, garbage pick up, seaguls screaming( i didn't know they are active at night), party goers... management finally moved us. The new room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We sat outside over looking the river

Spacious apartment with excellent breakfast and front desk staff. Very clean hotel and our suite had large windows. Streets get a bit noisy but it’s a great location. Highly recommend this hotel.
