A fantastic stay with all the qualities you could possibly ask for when staying in Saint Emilion: Lovely, large, clean rooms. Beautiful garden with a pool and nice sunbeds. Perfect location and charming atmosphere. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful home away from home.

Our stay at Clos 1906 was fantastic. Eduard is the consummate host and makes sure everything is perfect. The property is beautiful and is a short walk into St Emilion (and a short walk from the train station). Thank you!

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and within easy walking distance of the train station and St. Emilion and many local wineries and restaurants.

Great location in vineyards, only very comfortable 15min walk to village. Beautiful premises & very accommodating hosts. We took apartment for extra comfort after 2 weeks of hotel rooms & loved it. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. Our host was warm and welcoming, and our room, on the ground floor facing a quiet country lane, was charming, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Wonderful B&B at the base of St. Emilion. Eduard was responsive with communication and any recommendations needed. The location was perfect, clean, and you will not regret staying here. It was exactly what we were looking for in our stay in St. Emilion. Do not hesitate to stay here!!

This place is incredible. The service is responsive, helpful and friendly. The pool area relaxing and inviting. Deep tub with salts provided. Espresso machine in the room. We will be staying here again.

I was so happy to stay here…even better than photos and description. The room was spacious & clean. Edward & his staff were very helpful & kind to us international visitors. Definitely going to visit again. Thank you. 5 stars all around!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished - the owners clearly have an excellent eye. The pool is a little haven. Our room was lovely. Excellent breakfast. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great place great owners and a fantastic antique designer shop! Stayed for a few nights in the 3 storey property which is virtually brand new and of a very high standard! Would highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, everything brand new and very stylishly decorated, with super comfy bed and huge immaculate bathroom.
Great peaceful location a short walk from the centre of St Emilion (parking very handy too).
Eduard & Davide were very welcoming and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I stayed here with my wife to do the Saint-Emilion (wine) experience for few days during our anniversary trip. We wanted something in a walking distance for food, drinks and stuff but not being in the Saint-Emilion village center. Also the place had to have the "feeling". Clos 1906 could not have been a better discovery. This small hotel is extremely nice and recently renovated with a very good taste. The backyard with a pool is a nice hideout to chill and watch over the hills for vineyards.
The hotel is about 1km or so away from Saint-Emilion and less than that from the railway station on a smaller side road. If you feel lazy walk few hundred meters to the closest 1er Grand Cru winery for tasting and stuff.
The owners are super cool and you really can enjoy their good service. If you need tips where to go and what to do e.g. in Bordeaux or Arcachon follow their advise.

Eduard is an outstanding host who went above and beyond to insure we had a pleasant stay, arranging a winery tour, when everything appeared to be booked. Just awsome!
