The location was wonderful. Provided us a nice walk out of town but yet close enough to get to everything in <10 minutes. Also our host was wonderful. She not only met us at our convenience, she also recommended and reserved a wonderful dinner for us!

The apartment was stuffy, but that seems to be common in apartments of this nature in France. Would love to see france install screens on their windows so they can be open at night for the cool breeze.

Fantastic in all respects ... the host, cleanliness, accuracy of description and above all perfect location. If we return we would always return to L'Appart des Jacobins.

Location brilliant. Host could not be more helpful.. parking in municipal car park ok and glad it was free.

Nothing wrong with apartment at all. Some restaurants in st emiilion well overpriced. More than central london which is crazy. Nathalie our host helped to navigate to best value places.

Nathalie was the best host! She made many restaurant bookings for us, all of which were lovely meals and ambiance. You can’t be the location, walkable to everywhere in town and lots of chateaus.

Great central location, yet quiet - everything in walking distance

it’s a beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of St Emilion! We walked around everywhere including restaurants, wine stores and Chateaus. Natalie, the host and her daughter Héloïse were very kind, hospitable and we had an amazing week.

Warm, wonderful host, great property in the heart of stunning St Emillion. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Good beds, excellent cupboard space, modern bathrooms , spacious living area and kitchen . Lovely touches such as welcome cookies and wine. Kitchen set up for use. Washing machine and wine fridge particularly appreciated. Easy, free parking nearby.

Our stay was in the midst of a 39-40 degree heatwave so an AC would have been nice. That said Nathalie was very accomodating in providing 2 fans which helped greatly. One thing to watch - the stairs to the second bedroom were very narrow and a bit precarious - perfectly fine for fully mobile adults but a watch point for older or less mobile people.

The owner was very helpful. Gave many recommendations that were superb. Apartment was really lovely for the family in an amazingly central location.
