My next door neighbors decide to have a party in their room at midnight. They woke up my wife and my 10 month old daughter. That was really frustrating. Other than that our stay was nice. I wouldn’t say the hotel was above and beyond or anything but it wasn’t necessarily bad.

We have stayed there many times because it’s a first class place . My wife and I have traveled across this United States several times and this is as nice of a place as we have stayed in period

Parked for loading. A few homeless walked by. The hotel is overall clean but definitely needs some upgrade. Breakfast is fine.

We liked the secure parking, the housekeeping was hit and miss. Not consistent with what they left in the room. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

Booked last minute as we were not going to make our original destination. The room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was decent. Walked to an Italian restaurant about 4 blocks away and would totally recommend it.

Hotel was quiet and clean in the common areas. There was a dirty shirt left on the floor in our room, presumably from a previous tenant, which makes me question how much vacuuming actually got done. Noticed that the bed skirt was pretty dirty as well while doing a bed bug check (I do that everywhere, terrified of the little buggers). But everything else was manifestly pleasant. Breakfast spread was excellent. Front desk was always staffed with friendly people. Really appreciated the local area for walking around and shopping. Underground parking was terrific. Overall very positive stay.
