Excellent experience staying at this hotel in Krakow! The front desk personnel was very approachable, professional, and friendly! Room was in great condition, clean and new! Location is great, literally across the road in front of the main station. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Krakow again in the future!

We were on a trip to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, quickly booked in to our fantastic room. Everyone at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. We loved it and will definitely book here again.

Great Hotel and the service from reception was very helpful. Train station across the street walking distance to old town and tours from outside the hotel entrance. Could have been nice with outside tables for restaurante service

This was just a sightseeing trip to Krakow. The location was ideal for this since it was close to the old town and the train station is I wanted to go further out. The hotel is clean and modern. My only complaint was that the modern chairs were not verycomfable. I’m

This hotel is beautiful and clean but the entire staff needs customer service etiquette and friendly warming communication skills.
Very very rude employees with attitude and disrespect.
I do not recommend this hotel to Americans.

Only bad thing... Day 1 1 minute in I fell badly on the pavement directly outside the hotel and tore the ligaments in my ankle.. Therefore I could barely walk all holiday
