Very convenient location to Zakopane Aquapark and walking distance to everything including the train station. The room and building is clean and neat, with very nice natual wood features. Very friendly staff and owner. We weren't able to order breakfast at booking, but he added it on for us at check in with no problem. The breakfast was traditional Polish with meats, cheeses, salads and eggs. The hotel lobby is on the ground floor(floor 0) and the rooms are on floors 1,2,3,4. There's a microwave in the common area of every floor, and several baby playpens available. The room was clean, with a queen size bed, small closet, small bathroom, a desk and tv. Liguid soap is provided at the bathroom sink and in the shower. A towel warmer is in the bathroom. Note for Americans: this botique hotel is a walkup. There is no elevator. All the rooms start on what we would consider the 2nd floor. There are no rooms on the reception level.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a parking area right outside the hotel. You can have breakfast in this place. It is also close to the mountain. Overall the property is excellent but access upon arrival extremely confusing, no one to receive up when we arrived and no access code provided or email received with access instructions. Picture of the apartment selected and paid for was not what we received and we had to pay an extra 480PLZ on the spot to get the apartment originally chosen.
