The only complaint i have is the elevator quit working during our stay. It was inconvenient to pack all bags down all the stairs.

Front desk service was terrible. Keys didn’t work in the room, had to wait on someone to let us in every time we needed in our room. Rubber bands and harbors left in the floor from previous guest, hairs on shower walls upon arrival. Spots on bathroom floor (that wiped up easily). When looking behind table between beds to find a plug, there was a fork with food on it, potato chips, used q-tips, etc. Stains/spots on the towels, sheets and comforter. The list could go on…

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, but overall good for an over night stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in room. Pool and gym are adequate for my needs. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, muffins and bagels.

A Waffle House is steps away. Gas station convenience store close by, breakfast was decent several optios and beds were very comfortable! One thing that’s need improvement asap is how slippery the pool area is with or without shoes! We had several slips and a fall!

Comfortable Beds

Years since we stayed at a Sleep Inn and we were pleasantly surprised.

Nice stay experience, The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The Entrance area stinks. Service desk very unprofessional. Breakfast wasn’t any good. They didn’t do anything to your room the whole time you were there. They expected you to bring your dirty towels and etc to the front desk to get clean ones each day. We had to purchase Lysol and spray our room each time we went in because it stinks. Bed was comfortable that’s all i can say.

Traveling with my wife, 19 month old daughter, and 13 year old daughter. Made the appointment 2 hours before arriving. Arrived at 1:00am. No one was at the desk to check us in. Rang the service bell, look all around for staff no one was there. Called the hotel and listened to their phone ring loudly throughout the lobby. Waited 20 mins before giving up and leaving to drive 30 more mins until we found another hotel. Notified hotels.com they called the hotel on my behalf but the hotel said I was only there 2 minutes and then left. That is a lie. The hotel refuses to refund my money. The hotel manager has never taken my calls or called me back. Terrible Management. Essentially stole my money. They accepted my reservation but no one was there to check us in. I just want what is right to be done and my money refunded.

Took 45 min to check in. No joke... Finally got the room, just to find out it was filled with weed smoke. Took another 20 min to get a different room.... breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts.
