Liked the location and staff. - Window stared right into the parking complex nearby - Saddled with some hidden fees for food and deposit right when checking in. ~ Food that is provided from the internal cafe is good but expensive. The food charges they add in that *I could not opt out of* don't give enough to cover a meal each morning after service charges and tips.

Maid service was barely average. Ice and vending were very strange. Could not find.a drink machine and ice was in plastic bags. Half the ice stuck in the bags.

Really close to pike placa and many restaurants. Also close to bua station and the monorail. Very cheap to take these for transportation. Uber is over priced here. Can take the train to airport also. Just check the time schedule. Rooms are nice size.

Great place in the downtown 2 block from Pike Place Market and LOTS for restaurants. Hotel was very clean and modern.. rooms are great.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are great and the area is perfect. The only complaint was the view....I payed extra for a view and it was terrible, the view was a old parking lot and nothing pretty about it. Not impressed!

Our room had some maintenance issues and they upgraded us to a suit! Lets just say my wife and I truly enjoyed the upgrade! They even hooked us up with an extended check out! We will be back!

Beautiful hotel. Used as over night stay before cruise. Short walk to Pike's Place. Restaurant/bar at entrance. Bar and snacks also on 16th floor. Pretty quiet area.

Our safe didn't work. Our TV didn't work. We asked 2 different times to have someone come and fix it, and they NEVER showed up. They also charge $25 when you arrive and tell you it will put a $25 credit on your account that you can use at their facility. Why!

It's in a bad neighborhood and smells like pee because of all the homeless people in the area. We arrived at the hotel and were given the wrong type of room(we booked a room with a King bed). When we went back to the front desk, they said they had no other rooms available. We asked to speak to a manager and were told no one was available until the next day. We were told a manager would contact us. We never heard from anyone. The Olympics were happening and the only channel that didn't work was NBC. The staff was notified about it and nothing was done to correct it. Basically they probably get most of their business from the cruise ships nearby. The staff is obviously treated like crap by management. No one who works there seems very happy. I wish I had looked more closely at the other bad reviews.

Staff knew we were here early and room wasn't ready until 4:38 pm after the 4pm check in time. You would think they would clean the rooms of guests waiting instead of guests that hadn't even arrived yet.

Restaurant and bar was nice. Room was modern and clean. Not a lot of channels work on the TV. Many that show in the guide are not accessible. AC wasn't cold enough for me.

GREAT LOCATION, close to everything!

We recently stayed here. Staff was very friendly. Inside hotel was clean. My main issue was the condition outside the hotel. Homeless doing their drugs just out in the open. Our room looked over an alleyway where we were able to watch homeless dig through the trash and a prostitute doing her thing. We also had a lovely view of the parking garage right outside the window. Was not much of a city view as it advertised. The key cards were not working, from a recent IT outage. Several times we had to wait to get let into our rooms which was annoying. Besides those two issues, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice. Just don’t walk alone outside if you can help it for safety reasons.
