An old motel in an expensive area. Parking is tight and might be filled up in which case you have to find street parking.

This was a very comfortable stay. The room could use a bit of a fix and it could be little bit cleaner but overall it was good. I was there for just one night so if you're looking for just a place to sleep in, this is perfect. The staff was very friendly. The area around it was not bad either. You're close to the mall and to other restaurants.

I stayed due to my lack of AC AND the horrible heat in Los Angeles. When I got there, the room was cool, but when I woke up in the middle of the night it wasn’t. It wasn’t hot, but it sure wasn’t cool. The bed was wickedly uncomfortable and I think they refill small containers- so eco-friendly? Yes. Kinda gross? That too.

The hotel itself looked alittle suss when we got there. We almost cancelled but we were so tired from universal so we stayed and it was good! No issues. Just your basics which was all we needed.

Probably purchased and renovated 2010s. When it didn’t pay off as expected…sold to less well prepared owners. Most of the subway tile/barn door/retro tables/LVP flooring remains in good shape. King bed, white linens reassuring; big and clean. Can’t fully compensate for location, modest security, exterior appearance. Parking lot was partially full though so we weren’t the only Burbank airport travelers finding it.

The amenities advertised microwave in the rooms and WiFi. Neither exists. We chose this property because it included these two amenities and had need of them. Their absence was a disappointment. The room was clean and we did appreciate the cleanliness and having a clean room to sleep in was the most important part of the stay.

The chair in the room was so filthy I wouldn't have sat in it or put anything on that chair. The rest of the room and bath looked clean.

Parking right outside my Room is the Best in this heat. No Hott trips up and down Elevators.

I just needed a night stay to rest and sleep after a long road trip and I wasn’t really expecting a lot but it was very clean.

Stayed over for one night. It was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was simple, and the staff was friendly. Will go again.

What a gem. Clean, comfy bed, great shower. No coffee in room, no microwave but did have a small fridge. It was very nice, even stayed an extra night due to my schedule and didn't have to change rooms. I'll be back.

A room for three people, the bed, the sofa and the towels had a very bad smell, the sofa bed had many stains like dog slobber, I really don't recommend it.
