Have stayed here a few times when the Drury plaza is booked. This stay the room was not fresh smelling and clean feeling as my other stays. Previous 2 stays were fine though.

Great for trip with friends. We missed breakfast, coming downstairs at 9:45am. Not sure when it ended but even if 9:30 or 10am would be more convenient.

Sincerely was disappointed, the cleanness is so bad and we find little hairs on bed and toilets. The beds are not even maked.

Hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was very clean.

Although it may say Handicap accessible, unfortunately this property and its rooms for its guests are not at all convenient for persons in a wheelchair.

The hotel was nice overall and in a great area. Our upgraded room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the rusty, worn out old shower that barely sprayed water, and we had to put a little bar of soap in the shower drain to keep it open. Also, the windows attached to the desk rattled with every movement in the room, and the layout was less than ideal, with a big glass door on the bathroom right in front of the beds, so that anyone who goes into it shines a huge light in everyone’s face. But it was a fine place for a family to rest for a night!

The property is clean, the staff is friendly and very professional... They definitely care about their customers and are will to work with you to accommodate you and meet your needs. I had an excellent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tallahassee North! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The friendly and attentive staff made my experience even better, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tallahassee!
