Great little Motel. It has been remodelled. Bed was comfortable. Can park car right at door. It’s good value. Really missed not having a coffee maker a lot - we have been in the road for 46 days and this is the first place with no coffee maker. Bathroom is tiny but all in all it’s just fine.

Looked like they are doing a good job to renovate an older motel...our space was large and clean...staff was very accommodating..space was well equipped

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and gad everything we needed. Great location. Will stay here again if we go back to St-Andrews.

Easy checkin comfortable room close to amenities

Our key was in our room when we arrived because the office was closed. A note was taped to the door with instructions & a welcome message, so we never met the manager. The room was small but very clean. This was a great stay especially for the price.

Booked a suite with two rooms and kitchenette. It was nice to have a place to sit and eat. The hotel itself is nothing fancy but was adequate for a night’s stay.

A little run down

We had a flat tire on our motorcycle in Rivière du Loup and had to call CAA. It was Friday at 4 pm so had a very difficult time to try to find someone to fix the tire. I messaged the owner explaining this and sent him pictures of our motorcycle on the CAA truck so he knew my story was real. I asked to cancel the hotel for that night because it would have been another 4- 5 hours travel time in the evening to get to the hotel after the tire was fixed. The owner read my texts and left it unread so I have one night paid to this place on my credit card when we did not stay there and we had to pay for another hotel in Rivière du Loup for that night. Not cool.

Very nice property. Rooms are small and wifi is terrible. Needs some updating.

Very dated no hand towel holder Small

Someone somewhere turned on hot water & my shower went ice cold…which was a shock, but, when they turned of the hot & on the cold I could have been scalded! I was lucky I was at the opposite end of the tub when the boiling water commenced.

I booked for the wrong evening, Daniel was very kind and accommodating. The family cottage was lovely and clean Lots of dishes, utensils and cookware Walking distance to Tim Hortons

Beautiful little spot. Although it is an older property the room was very updated and in great condition. Beautifully tended grounds and comfortable chairs outdoors. Was easy to arrange an after hours check in.

Not a huge problem but an inconvenience due to personal issues. I booked a room with a queen bed and a kitchette. Upon arrival our room given to us had 2 double beds and a microwave. The issue was that my husband is in early stages of dementia and the change caused anxiety. We dealt but had a feeling of unrest. To some 2 beds shouldn't cause any concern but to us it does. We will return and I will need to add the concern in the special instructions.

Thanks for upgrade us to full kitchen unit. Clean room. Close to everything.

For the price, a solo traveller, this is an amazing experience.

Daniel at the desk is great. Easy transaction. Queen Room with kitchenette is great and convenient. Super clean. Comfy bed. I have no complaints and will def be back. Price was super affordable as well.

Pile of tree limbs next to building. Proprietor was available by text. That was good. No potential for refund if booking had to be cancelled. Convenient location. Sufficient parking. Quiet. Well-lit.

Found the building was in need of repairs but condition was covered up with cosmetics. Floor was spongy and was covered with new vinyl plank flooring. As well the walls were painted to make it look better but maintince needs done.

The communication was great, the room had everything we needed, we slept well, and the area was quiet.

The room was perfect One of the beds in room 12 has a really bad slop at the headboard so very hard to sleep the mattress was comfortable but the incline was not good

we just needed a place to sleep and shower, was visting an old friend, we had gone to trade school here in the early 70ish, toured the town, had a great time

Spacious room and plenty of room in the bathroom for toilettries. Good shower and great heating. Fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Located next to a Tim Hortons. 5 minute drive/20 minute walk into town.

Quiet and reasonably peaceful. Comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave worked well.

No smoke detector in room. No deadbolt or chain for door. Feeling unsafe. No chart on door which is required by law of fee charged by motel. Slept on a better mattress when I was in university.

the motel had easy check in and departure.

The room seemed to be clean but the building is very old and furniture was "thrift store chic". The bed was way too soft... we should not have stayed but were caught in the Hurricane Lee situation.
