convenient and close to everything!! it was clean and well maintained. the view was out of this world, and it was also peaceful

Comfy beds. Nice Balcony.

Lots of noise even after 10pm from the restaurant downstairs. Smells from the kitchen were coming into our room. The tv remote didn't work very well.

We have stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, but none come close to our experience at the Treadwell Inn. We stumbled upon The Treadwell while searching for a place to stay to divide our driving on a long road trip. Our only requirement was an Oceanside view. The Treadwell Inn surpassed all of our expectations. Though our view of the St. Andrews Bay was breathtaking and our room was well-appointed, it was the personalized attention that we received from owners Christy and AJ that made the last few days of our vacation celebrating our wedding anniversary all the more special. Their attention to detail and all-around warm and inviting personalities helped to make our anniversary one that we will think of fondly for years. We are already planning to go back next year.

I wished we could have stayed longer.

Right on the waterfront, nice amenities, on the Main Street so easy access to restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent even though it was continental style plenty of variety. The location couldn’t be better right on the water with our balcony overlooking the bay. Right on the Main Street with plenty of variety of shops and restaurants although we ate at the Treadwell for two nights. We had booked in for two nights but liked the Inn so much we were able to book one more night, our hosts were super helpful.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

-Location and view were outstanding, large outside deck with comfy chairs overlooking the water is nice. -Room is nicely furnished for comfort and relaxing; overstuffed chairs and a huge bed! -Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. -Cooked to order delicious breakfast delivered to room was a very nice touch. -On site restaurant was convenient and perfect for Mother's Day! -Overall would look forward to a longer stay here!

Minor functional issues: -Water pressure in the shower was a bit low; mentioned this to owner since we were the only guests that early in the season. -No outlet availability bedside if you need to charge something there; could only find one open outlet in the room (other than the bathroom). -No real usable work area in the room if you need a space for that. A very small desk is provided, but I found it too small to be functional with a laptop and notepad. (Perhaps to discourage working on vacation!) ;-)

Breakfast excellent, didn’t know it was included, staff very friendly and accommodating Had a friend visit after breakfast and they suggested a pot of coffee sent to the room , no charge!

Not much. If I had to give some minor criticism it would be that the shades next to the bed do not block out much light in the morning. Also the shower was right in the main room, which could be awkward depending on who you're traveling with!

The location was very good, right in town. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The room was very satisfactory. Breakfast was a lovely buffet (especially the banana bread). Overlooks the river with comfortable seating.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony, diner in the restaurant looking out at the water and delicious croissants and coffee for breakfast in the morning. The room was both elegant and comfortable. We felt so fortunate that a cancellation allowed us to enjoy a stay

This is our second time staying at Treadwell Inn and, again, our stay was amazing. All staff, including owners were fantastic and friendly. The location is perfect and the rooms are amazing. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Wifi signal wasn't very strong in our room, but this wasn't a big enough issue for us not to return.

They have a beautiful back area with 2 gas fireplaces for guests to use and chairs overlooking the water. Breakfast was delivered to our room due to Covid protocols and the tray had lots of options and varied each day that we were there. The staff were all kind and friendly.

Your website stated that at this property "Each guest room includes a balcony...". This was NOT the case. We were unable to get a room with a balcony. The balcony was the MAIN reason we booked this property! Instead we got a very noisy room above the restaurant and a very busy street. We were very disappointed and indeed felt that our much anticipated vacation was ruined.

Everything was great. Had king delux room 6 top floor.

Lovely breakfast and perfect location. Croissants were amazing!

It is located downtown easy to walk to everything and has parking, view of bay, staff very friendly and the restaurant is a must. The staff and chef do an incredible job. Presentation of dishes and the flavours are out of this world. Prices are great. Make sure you book a reservations for restaurant

We adore the owners, the hotel, rooms amd view! It's our second trip there and we will definitely be back!
