The staff here was incredible and the amenities were the same. My husband and I wished we were staying longer! This hotel was luxurious and in a perfect location close to American Village. We could not have chosen anything better.

Nice property. Balcony overlooking water. No real beach Clean and convenient. 4 star service at best. Be prepared to carry your own luggage Location is great tho !

Very nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well.

Great property next to the ocean. Two pools plus the adjacent Doubletree. Across the street from American town with lots of shops/restaurants. Saturday night fireworks over the water. Daily buffet is above average.

We booked two rooms (ocean view and private garden) and the ocean view on the 7th floor was fantastic.
The WiFi internet was not very fast, but it was sufficient for web surfing.
Thank you so much for your help, especially when there was some confusion due to a payment mistake.
If I will visit American Village in the future, I would love to stay again.

Check-in cannot be early, must be at 3pm (check-in at the hotel next door was at 11am a few days ago), check-out is at 12 o'clock ;
The bathtub is slippery and with no protective mat.
My child slipped and hit his head;
The Shower head was not tight and caused water to drip/leak all night;
There is no ice tray in the refrigerator, and there is less storage space than in a hotel that only costs a few hundreds per night. There is no small stool for my child (for washing hands), and the kettle is so small, so I have to boil hot water continuously. There is no tray to wash things and the buffet breakfast has few choices.
At such a price (HK$2,000 a night), I am overall disappointed and will not recommend to friends.
