We were in Clearwater for a conference. The staff at the Resort was top notch (Most of our interaction was with Vallet Staff and the Bellman). The rooms were equal to the price and the amenities made the stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient, no less that 1/2 mile walk to all the restaurants and bars we frequented

Used the Hyatt while repairs being made on my flooded house in the area. Clearwater is still recovering from the hurricanes. Staff was great, restaurant open and service was very good. Room was great, no complaints. Large suite, clean, comfortable. Did I say the staff was great? Must be great leadership here at this property.

Hurricane Milton stay the last two days of power outage.
Sheer delight - beautiful ocean view, super clean and comfortable room, nice amenities and super service.

We received an incredible room upgrade that was a fabulous surprise at check in! Views were fantastic. Staff members were friendly. We love the safety and ability to walk everywhere.

Staff was nice. I booked a vacation 4 months in advance. I chose hyatt resort mainly because of the reviews of cleanliness. The room was full of smudges. Walls and baseboards were filthy. The beds were so worn out. Very uncomfortable. My back is killing me. I paid top dollar to stay at this resort. I was charged 36 dollars a day to park at a place i paid to stay. I was even charged 36$ on the last day when checked out at 9am. The place is very rundown. Very disappointed

I was very satisfied until I ordered room service from the restaurant Shor and was told that the order was received and being prepared and after 1 1/2 hour wait I went to check on my order and was told that they never received my order and then checked with the quick stop attendant who looked at the computer and gave a look that ohh I forgot to put this in and was told they have no order but I can order a sandwich or snack because the restaurant kitchen was closed, I ordered a ribeye steak, scallops and grouper nuggets for dinner not a club sandwich, was told sorry and staff just walked away, very poor service

The breakfast was awful! We paid in advance through hotels. Com and when we arrived at the restaurant we found that they were not doing buffet so we had to choose from the a la carte menu and it ended up costing us extra, to be this is not ‘breakfast included’ as it very much was not!!!

The only downside to the property was the parking. 36$/night to self park. 40$/night for valet. This is in addition to the resort fee. Other than that it was wonderful!

If you are looking for the perfect Clearwater Beach vacation this is the ultimate destination! It is directly across from the beach. It is a walkable distance to the pier and restaurants. There is a store directly next door to the hotel for any of your beach needs and even some grocery items.

I liked staying here. My room was right off the pool but with the balcony doors closed, I didn’t hear a sound from the people at the pool. I liked the Catina Tropico restaurant by the pool- we ate there daily for lunch. The staff was friendly and I accommodating. The rooms were very nice! I would stay here again and again

Staff were helpful and friendly, anytime we called the front desk with a request they were up to our room very quickly! We were near the elevator, but hotel is very sound proof and we were not bothered by noises in the hall. Restaurants were a little pricey on food and drinks so having the kitchen was a great option. Loved the room, hotel was clean and pool was nice. Top floor hot tub was awesome!

Everything was very nice. Was able to check in extremely early and get into our room. The pool and pool bar were great and easy access to the beach.
