The breakfast was very diasppointing - only continental on second day and cold bacon and tortilla on Day 1. The gardens were not kept to a high standard. The bedroom was tired and that was after we upgraded to a suite but we enjoyed the terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly & helpful. The grounds are exemplary, with the sun beds far apart and fabulous views across the sea. There was a lot of choice at Breakfast & service was quick & professional. Will definitely be returning.

We were fortunate to be allocated one of the newly refurbished superior rooms. It was comfortable, had a great bathroom and fantastic corner balcony (room 320)

Loved our stay at the parador , amazing location , lift to the beach otherwise it would have been a lot of stairs , a definite luxury!
Parking but you have to pay.
The only thing is the the AC in one of the rooms was not working perfectly , a bit weak .

The hotel is amazing, we love it and have been several times. Fantastic view over the Burriana beach.
Hotel service excellent, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.. Great choice at breakfast.

The checkin was fantastic and the property was in a great location. The food staff was just ok - wrong order and food and charged me for it.

We really enjoy staying at Paradors, but found this one to really need a bit of tic. The rooms could do with being brought more up-to-date as this is a modern hotel rather than a historic building. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient, but the bar and restaurant staff less so. Breakfast was good without reaching the standsrds of other paradors.

Spectacular property. We also stayed at another Paradores, in Arcos. Wish we’d known about the whole Paradores chain ahead of time. We’d have stayed at more of them.

The view, the comfort and the location are superb. The amability, hospitality and efficiency of the staff would easily earn this hotel as a 5-star rating.
