Everything was nice accept for the bed. It was hard. My husband and I couldn't get comfortable. Plus, the bathroom toilet was so close to rhe wall you pretty much sat on top of the toilet paper.

Check-in was easy, T'Nya was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-out was easier than Check-in. Will definitely stay again.

Woke us up 3x times to move our vehicle. After the front desk woman said we could park there. In town for business. The breakfast was over cooked and tasted like it had been out for awhile. No hand soap in the room. No king rooms clean when we checked in at 730p- said no cleaning staff again until Sunday morning. So they said they gave us a deal on the other room but it was the same price as what we had already prepaid for the other room.

my room was spotless, and linens were clean, as were the floors. Great staff and breakfast was everything i could ask for. thanks for the great stay. definitely returning.

Great hotel! The lobby was clean, the room was clean the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious! Would highly recommend!

Pet friendly with adequate area for “potty breaks”. Clean halls lobby and room. Good selection of breakfast items. We have stayed here on our way from Pittsburgh to the outer banks and plan to do so again

We had an ADA room. My wife was on cruthes with a broken ankle. Our room was on the third floor and at the very end of the hallway. The bathroom toilet area had no grab bars and the shower has no seating and only one grab bar no slip resistance flooring.

Lots of air conditioning problems. Many people in my party, different reservations, had to switch our rooms. I, personally, had issues with my doors being stuck once closed. It was hard to get in and out of each room I had. Overall, Aldeno was great!!!!!

Hotels need to do 24hr stays check outs and the times u check in ….. otherwise u don’t get the 24hr experience …. For example if u check in at 2AM and gotta check out at 11AM that makes no sense and it’s not fair …. That should be an all around hotel change….

Overall the hotel was nice. The only problem we had was they didn't clean room one day so we had to go to front desk and get towels and wash clothes.

Place needs someone who is proactive to take better care of it. Back door exterior key lock didn't work, outside plants were mostly dead..needs more garage bins outside...some of the desk staff was nice and helpful, some had a less than stellar customer service attitude.
Beds were great however and the a/c worked well.
