First time in Osoyoos and couldn’t have picked a better place. First class all the way

Amazing stay! Everyone at the resort are really nice.

The location is super with easy access to downtown. We opted for a street view and would recommend lake view due to street noise. The room was fully equipped and in excellent working condition. We had a problem with our tv and it was addressed by maintenance staff immediately. The bed was very soft for this traveller so would ask for a firm bed next time. Would recommend this resort to others for its amenities, service and view.

Awesome location for a couples getaway or a family vacation

It was right on the beach

We stayed at the Watermark for three nights in early September 2024. My wife and I rented one of the townhouses, number 12 to be exact. These are situated right on the beach and offer two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry machines. The property is well maintained. We did not use the pool as there were lots of small children, but it looked very clean. There is a Bistro on site, we went for cocktails only, but the food that we saw on the tables looked well prepared. The resort is basically in town, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. There is a Nester's grocery store next to the resort for your shopping needs. The lake is warm! Great for swimming, but bring water shoes, there are lots of stones and rocks on the lake bottom that can hurt your feet. The only real complaint we had was the bed pillows. They are like foam filled. not the most comfortable. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and next time we will bring our own pillows!!

2nd time here, great location and facility. Easy access to lake. Waterslide at the pool attracts a lot of kids!

Loved the property, beautiful view and comfortable rooms. We booked the townhouse last visit, and 2bdrm suite the second visit, both are great

Lovely property & staff were wonderful. Only negative - need some kind of security at pool. One family let in multiple other friends with children & they were loud & took over the pool area. These “friends” parked at Gyro Beach Park & walked over to pool with multiple strollers. Teenagers also tried to sneak in but were turned away.

Just want to say the staff here is amazing. It’s was my 30th anniversary and I asked for upgrade. I was given a suite and a bottle of bubbly wine. The room was amazing and having the new brewery open in the hotel was awesome.

Great location, amazing facility, helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the Watermark was very enjoyable. The amenities made for a comfortable stay. The suite was spacious with plush beds and linens. Kitchen was fully equipped. Outdoor dining area was fantastic. Pool, gym and beach were clean and inviting. There were lots of options for restaurants to dine out and nearby grocery stores for stocking the fridge. We will definitely be back!

A nice spacious condo with a view of the lake and a well equipped kitchen. The pool and patio is large, spacious and clean, gym was well equipped with cardio, free weights and cable machines. The walks along the lake are easily accessible. A perfect spot for a family vacation or a romantic get away. I will be staying here again.

We have been in this hotel before, this time they renovated rooms, cleaned, kitchen equipment was so new and clean, hotel, pool, parking and rooms are nice! Nice and friendly staff, good service! I always recommend this hotel specifically for families! Take your BBQ stuff, marinated meat and you’re good and set!

First time to this property and we love it! It’s very family friendly, the pool/slide was a hit with the kids and it being right next to the lake was amazing! So many activities for the family close by! We will definitely be back next year.
