Nice rustic style rooms, everything was clean and easy to use. Walked down to the lake and swam then went to karaoke night at the local bar

The room was amazing and super clean, customer service was so helpful and nice, we needed to check in late because of traffic and they rapidly responded and texted us the code. We cant wait to go back. Truly recommend them.

All the surfaces in the room and floor were sticky and dirty

We do this trip every year. Stayed here last year and it was great this year our room was very dirty. The shower was disgusting. I showered and dried off walked to the bed area to put on shoes my feet were so dirty from the floor I had to wash them off. Spilled some water on the floor wiped it off and the towel was pure black.

Stayed two nights for a trip to Silverwood. The little town was great and everything was within walking distance that you’d need (food, etc). Only minor complaint was the lack of seating and disposable cups that you would normally find in most hotel rooms. Room was otherwise great

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the cabins and they fit my needs perfectly. They were affordable and very close to our destination. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the inside of the cabin. My feet were black after walking from the front door to the bathroom, there was hair in the shower drain, and dust and hair around the bottom of the bed frame.

Cool little duplex cabins, parking right out front, check in was easy, and there was a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance.
However, the floor was so dirty it turned all of our socks/feet completely black. Easily a 5 star property if cleaned well.

I tried several times via phone and email to confirm my reservations and did not receive a response. An email a week or two prior to our reserved dates would have been appreciated.

Lovely change from a hotel with the same amenities of one. Comfy bed and large bathroom/shower.
The staff were fantastic and connected with us to checkin with us to verify our check-in time. We appreciated that as our itinerary was a bit later than expected.
Would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again :D
