We got last room available. double beds and was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept or should I say try to sleep on. the heater was super noisy while it was getting ready to shut down once it reached setting. couldn’t have it on at night. would wake us up. the fridge made terrible noises also. The room to room door was a metal door and enhanced the noise from the next room! Our second night the people were always talking and noisy clear up until about 2am. The lady would go out and smoke about every hour and the door would slam. They had a cat that started meowing at 1 am and woke us up. We didn’t get much sleep for the two nights there.

Clean

Nice kitchenette and shower! Larger and more updated than expected. Excellent location.

Curtains, the light from the neighbors shone right in our window. Tub would be nice but the shower was still great.

Didn’t use

Window blind falling apart, u can see thru. Heater fan filter falling apart making noise. We removed the filter n it was much better no noise.

It was close to Brickel Creek Coffee shop

Odd hours of staff, never at front desk, no daily cleaning of rooms. Dirty room. Asked to have under bed swept and it never was. Thin walls so we could hear neighbors next door. Always had to ask for fresh towels. Was charged for mop and towels when my daughter got sick. Very disappointing place to stay. Will NOT recommend to anyone!
