We had a modern room that over looked the pool. The car park across the road was easy to access and though reception was busy, we had access to the room an hour earlier than expected which was great.

I’d usually give it 5 stars but this time was different. There was a new employee I hadn’t seen there before and he was rude!! Also, our bathroom door had an issue and we had to tell them 3 days straight in order to get someone to come to just take a look. Not the experiences I’ve had before at all. Usually everyone is super nice, attentive and friendly, not this time though.

I always enjoy my at San Nicolas Hotel . It's the only place I stay now . I tried many other hotels and they weren't bad but this has become my favorite . I feel safe , my vehicle is secure and the staff is always friendly . I love the olympic size pool which is well maintained . The only thing I am not happy about is if you're in the pool and want to order a drink , the waiters rarely come around and It takes way too long to get your drinks . That is the only unaccceptable practice poolside . I am not talking about an isolated incident . Even when there are only a few people poolside . I have to hunt down the waiters . That is something that has to be addressed . Other than that complaint , I love the place !

This place is clean inside but it’s getting old also the out side is under construction at the moment and they don’t tell you also the street is on really bad shape the valet parking doesn’t work must of the time we have to park Our own car back and forth the jacuzzi was not working properly it was not hot at all the customers service terrible when I arrived it was not a welcome not properly informed at the service they provided the boy who help me was terrible hi had a mad face the whole time his name was Leían I won’t recommend this place I won’t come back here never again it’s not at all what they said in there service there hotel

The humidity odor was terrible, rooms were fine, pool was ok, they had to switch us to another room because of the AC unit was broken and kept making a noise every 17 seconds (I timed it) and the humidity. My son forgot his earbuds in the first room and when he found out that they were in there (through Find my iPhone) they said that there is nothing that they can do because the room was already taken. The front desk guy (Lennin was his name) had a terrible attitude during our five days stay in the hotel and when I first told him the issues we we’re experiencing he turned and laughed!

We've stayed in many Hotels in Ensenada, and this Hotel was one of the best so far. The Hotel did need a little upkeeping in the hall ways and carpets were pretty stained which gave a particular smell. The room was amazing!! Very clean and super comfortable bed. Having a refrigerator would've been nice to keep our drinks cool though. The pool is big and very nice. We didn't get a chance to get into the jacuzzi because it was always packed. Usually the same people were there for hours, hopefully they didn't leave with there insides cooked! They should have a sign limiting the amount of people in the jacuzzi at one time and also a time limit of 30-45 minutes at one time. Overall service and food was great!!
